This is a five-stars review for Mr. Edward White III and Mr. Jose Gonzalez, both excellent bankers and customer-care specialists. Mr. White was very helpful and professional in updating our business and personal accounts. This BofA branch in downtown Milford has improved considerably compared to a few years back. They should keep this in mind for the future, and they should always support and promote excellent people like Mr. White and Mr. Gonzalez. Highly recommend!

Had no idea what a medallion signature was. Gave me a chart and said which best applies to you. I was like is that not your job to figure out? Sat there for an hour with no answers. They wanted to submit documents and then have them mailed to us. But like a notary you need a medallion signature in person! Completely drained.

We had a frightening experience with check fraud and Daniel Albino at the BOA Milford CT location has spent hours with us making sure that our account was first closed then things rectified. We appreciate his personal attention in getting things back to normal. It is comforting to know that there is assistance available when we need support. Thanks very much to Daniel and Jose Gonzalez at this location.

Not sure about their service so I won’t say 1 star, but they show everywhere that they are open on Saturdays and even allow appointments to be made on Saturdays. They are in fact NOT open on Saturdays - many people were waiting outside for their appointments. It wasn’t until calling the Orange branch did we find out Broad St isn’t open on Saturdays (Orange IS open on Saturdays, though). So lack of stars do to inconvenience and neglect of updated online presence.

When the heck is this location going to open up again. I am so tired of having to drive to Stratford to cash a check. It's ridiculous and I think the Bank of America is using COVID-19 as an excuse for people to do online banking only. I'm all about precautions but this is absolutely ridiculous at this point. This pandemic has been going on for 17 months. I have been working through the entire pandemic. It can be done safely reopen your banks or I'm gonna move my accounts

Service is unhelpful, and their online banking system is so incredibly faulty that they charged me double, did not show the transaction going through ever, then over-drafted my account, took multiple service fees, while my credit card all at once received extra money. After going to them to fix the situation and get the service fees refunded, and after explaining my frustration, they agreed to refund my service fees with no hesitation....only to be unable to do so because they did not have the clearance to refund me and the computer did not allow them to or so they said. Terrible bank

Customer service very unprofessional, I cancelled my car insurance but still they taking money twice on my account even car insurance company refund my money but I ask them to help me stop taking money on my account because this twice happened to me and I already canceled them, insurance company admit they fault on there side , I didn't know when ask help Bank of America to stop wrong payment on your account will cost 30$ , they didn't tell me I need pay 30$ for there service in order to stop payment in the future
