I’ve been with Sprint for over 15 years. After having them drop the ball again and not having a phone for 3 days during a work event. I stopped in and had an awesome talk with Nadia and decided to come the next day to start acct. she was off but her co worker helped me and set me up with a new watch and it was $20 cheaper and they took my old phone as a trade. I lose my old number but I’m greatful their team is so solid and so patient and accommodating. Thanks for making a big change and a distressing experience great. That young man that helped me was awesome I wish I could give him 30 stars for being a prime example of going above and beyond to help the customer and he did it with a smile. Love my new phone and watch!

I went in the store today to ask about my bill and met Ahmed which is the nicest person I ever met in my life then he explained it to me show me ways to get it cheaper and I ended up app my family to the account and my bill came the exact Amount he told me about highly recommended

Gio was absolutely horrible yes I came in at 740. The young woman asked him if he wanted to stay and he basically said flat out NO .But I am in retail and I stay late all the time to help my customers so I understand. Was not willing to help me with getting a new phone. Saying they’re closed. I’ve been on contract for almost 2 years. It’s the absolute worst service I’ve had. I even called and said I was currently on the way. My job closed at 6 and I worked till 815. But you know what? I stayed because I help my customers day in and day out. It’s crazy how he wanted nothing to do with me. I’ll never go or recommend anyone to him again. Even considering going back to my old service. I’ve had a line going through my screen and I have insurance. I don’t care what it cost. Just wanted my phone switched out. Very unprofessional. I will be reaching out. My husband and myself had a great experience with your store rep Krishna Smith. She was very knowledgeable about ATT products and services and a joy to work with. She had a great personality. Krishna is a real asset to your company. She made sure I had her business card when I left so I can keep in touch regarding my new phone which she ordered . I wish all my experiences were so good!

Dayana Was Great !!!! She helped me with everything and fully explained in full detail all of my concerns and questions. Make sure to ask for her! She gives great deals and help me understand the company and policies. I was so happy I bought an Apple Watch. She’s great at selling products and have amazing 10/10 customer service skills!!!
