My daughter Nalani needed something less instrusive after starring as the Little Mermaid at her school. This camp allowed her to enjoy her summer and get her comfortable for the stage without too much pressure. I LOVE THIS PROGRAM.

The Stretch & Strengthen class with Wes is one of the best exercise classes I've ever taken. I'm grateful to have Arts in CT in the community. I wish I could fit in more classes. Prices are also very reasonable!

I really appreciate what I am learning from Wes’s strength and flexibility class. Wes is a generous teacher and sources his instruction from his experience as a professional dancer. I was skeptical at first but after a couple months of hard work, I am developing more balance, flexibility and strength. I have never said this before about a fitness class, but I always look forward to Wes’s class at Arts In CT.

with my daughter having to be home for 6 weeks due to the virus we found Babs videos on YouTube and are now going to be using them each day for it music lessons. Babs is so fun to watch and really takes her time to teach you each step. I can't wait to see my daughter progress and have fun doing it.

Who doesn't like the Art's! Great organization supporting both established and budding local artists throughout Connecticut. As an artist Barbara is a great advocate to have in your corner!

The various program offerings are very well received and there's always something to keep children and adults busy! As a Zumba Instructor, partnering with Arts in CT has allowed me to interact, meet new people/students and create opportunities for me. Keep up the good work!

What a wonderful program. I enrolled my son, a newb, reserved initially and unwilling to participate. With Miss Barbara’s coaching he overcame his fear and had fun. He was given the tools and confidence to grow and it wasnt long before he was singing and dancing on stage. I want to thank CT Arts for helping my child open up and fall in love with theater. We look forward to our next session. Thank you CT Arts!

I cannot say enough about Arts in CT! The staff is stellar-- it is amazing watching them transform these young children into performers in a matter of a few weeks. Ms.Barbara, Ms.Jacquie, and Ms.Maxine are patient and kind, yet create a motivating and exciting environment where the children thrive and grow. 2 of my children participated in the most recent show, Annie Jr. and they are still talking about it with big smiles on their faces! One of them has been taking voice lessons with Ms. Barbara and has improved tremendously in just a handful of lessons. Ms.Barbara is very thorough and patient, and has a very positive attitude and demeanor when working with my daughter. Both my children have taken to her, as well as the rest of the staff at Arts in CT, and they are excited to continue being a part of this great organization!

My daugther has been taking voice lessons here for a few months now and I have been amazed at the progress she has made. I've been particularly thankful for Barbara's fun and easy going manner - she absolutely knows how to put even the most anxious kids at ease so that they can relax and do their best!

Taking saxophone lessons from Luther Blackwell, an amazing and patient teacher. I was convinced, since I have very little rhythm, that I wouldn't be able to play a piece we were working on one day. But he kept breaking it down and breaking it down, and by the end of the lesson, I could play the C Jam Blues. I was surprised. I've seen the energy inside the building as children are rehearsing for plays, and it is quite impressive. It may not be the greatest digs in the world, but that doesn't matter. It's the passion of the instructors that counts. And their passion is evident. As for the saxophone, if I perform in one of the offices one week, and a classroom the next week, that's fine. If I'm learning to focus on the music and not the decor, then I imagine I'll be able to play anywhere.
