Besides being overpriced as everyone already knows, several times when I went to get something it was either already expired or expiring the next day., they NEVER have the hand baskets and the smaller carts are always as you’re walking out the front after you pay (what good is that)! Also, no one there even cares if the customer isn’t happy. If you say something to an employee you get no response at all.

I used to love Adams! Lately everything is over priced and the meat is questionable. The last two times I've bought salmon fillets they've been filled with pin bones. Chicken breast cuts are uneven and sloppy, and produce is often on it's last legs, you have to dig to find ok quality. Just doesn't seem worth the price anymore

I usually enjoy shopping here. But today, I bought a quart of Gifford's peanut butter, pie ice cream. When I got home, I realized the seal had been broken, and a good amount of the ice cream had been eaten. I live 5 miles away, so won't be going back to get a new one tonight. Very disappointed.

The bakery here is absolutely awful. I have never seen a Chocolate frosted vanilla cupcake being sold here. It seems like it's too much effort to throw some chocolate frosting on vanilla cupcakes.

I was looking for a last minute birthday cake, and no one was at the bakery, but Peter from Delhi was so kind enough to come over and help us out a lot more than expected!!! Fantastic to be around. Couldn’t be more thankful

I came to do some grocery shopping today. I noticed two men were standing out front handing out pamphlets about a local Christian Rehab called Turning Point. The men were so kind and talked to me about the program. I always loved this Adams, and it was very nice to see that they collaborated with this program to help the local community. Now, I really love this Adams. Any business I took elsewhere, will be brought to Adams in Milford. It was good to see a local business and a local program working together for the benefit of the community. What a blessing! :)

There’s very poor lighting at night and there were multiple carts they were in the middle of the road. As I was pulling out the wind took the cart and hit my car head on because it was in the middle of the road and not put back. If there was more lighting I probably could’ve seen it sooner. I have a lot of damage. Soon as I told the manager, the multiple carts were all put away. I understand you’re not liable for any cart damage, but this is not only negligence on the workers, but poor lighting in the parking lot. The workers can’t just do their job when something happens, they need to do it ALL the time so this DOESNT happen. The manager Ken also walked away from me as I was speaking to him. I will no longer be shopping here, as no damages were covered and I never heard back from the store or cooperate.
