I just joined AAA this year after needing an international drivers license. Which they did for free by me joining. I still don't worry about my car breaking down or needing roadside assistance. What I found out was all of the other free services they offer. Like currency exchange and passport photos, etc. Also, every time I go there everybody is so kind and helpful. They all work together and help each other when there is something that they are not sure about. Which I something that you don't see too much these days.

My mother has been a member for as long as I can remember, well just recently she had a dead battery I called and within 1 hr we had the most delightful worker Barba S. She was so sweet and knowledgeable about cars etc. I don’t know if she can be requested or not but I know I would absolutely ask for her again if we needed any service from AAA again. Barbara S is the best!

Came here and got my passport photo done. They were very accommodating even with me going in a few minutes before they were closing. I was in and out of there in less than 3 minutes for a passport photo.

Waited 7hrs for no one to call back even after I made 3 inquiring phone calls to see exactly what was going on.Very disappointing, I've used them in the past with no problems getting a tow.This makes me wonder if I should renew my policy considering I'm not getting the service I'm paying for.
