I've been drinking 7 11 coffee for over 50 years, this by far is the WORST I've ever gotten ....all up and down the eastern coast and as far as Chicago. I made the first extra large and it was Luke warm, I dumped it and went to the other machine, same crap. I dumped it and got a small one I microwaved it to get it hit. I told the clerk the machine isn't working cause it's not hot enough, she didn't want to hear it, never again, that's why they have a 3.5 rating cause they don't care

These clowns decided to stock up the store at 1:30am when there are residents right across the street trying to sleep. Loud truck with the engine idling, and dragging a metal dolly up and down the ramp on the truck and slamming boxes. For over 2 hours. I can usually sleep through any thing but they were LOUD, for hours. I contacted the town and filed a report with evidence. The town told me that I'm not the first one who called them. I hope they get a big fine $$ for keeping us up all night. They should know city ordinates by now, this is common courtesy.

i asked for 5 $2 cards and the clerk repeated me so he understood specifically what i requested and then handed me 2 $5 cards. it's the same cost but i do not play $5 cards I play $2 cards, the odds of winning are completely different for those cards. i admit i'm more mad than it deserves for just $10 but if i had known that was going to happen i would have kept $10 in my pocket and not even spent it. i don't play $5 cards unless it's my birthday or SOMETHING. the odds of winning suck, the turn over on a $2 is much more likely. i wish i had turned around and said something or not even walked out of the store with them but we were in a rush. he took my money and gave me what he felt like i should have instead if the items i decided to pay for.

The guy at the counter offered me “free” pizza and gave it to me, but secretly charged me for it. Just added it on to what I was buying after saying it was free. The pieces were stuck together and old AF. Don’t tell me it’s free when I’m not even hungry and try to charge me. Definitely lost my business. Hope the $1 and change was worth it

The staff is rude which is not really the issue thtas to be expected with owners of these type of establishments the real problem is the peice gouging everything is extremely overpriced

It was clean and fresh until the Indians started working, they are rude and tried to tell me expired bread was all they had available. The the expiration date was 7/14 today is in fact 7/26 they do not put the labels on cookies to determine if they are old or not I was charged for all my food items separately even though my app was scanned I never had problems here until they started working and the female cashier was constantly coughing too.

Only 1 person ringing registers back & forth between product purchases & lottery tickets sold. Had to wait a long time to ring out my purchase, thanks to 1 customer who bought A LOT of lottery tickets!!
