Nothing personally to this store. But to Xfinity mobile service. I have Xfinity home wifi because sadly that’s the only service I can use at my address. Customer service say if I use their mobile service I can get a good deal. Unfortunately I believe that, but they have no ideas what they were doing and couldn’t transfer my old number as promised after wasting my whole day. I have to switch back to T-Mobile. I didn’t use their mobile service. Not even a day and I got a $50 bill and customer says they are sorry but you have to pay for that. Worst company with worst services! Now I have to dispute it with my bank.

Pointless employees can’t help with anything then reach tech support online only to get a $6 credit after cable and internet being out for 8hrs three weeks in a row smh caused me to miss a full day of work and all I get is $6 with this expensive bills that that they charge Smdh ridiculous

Just a warning that the employees here will lie to you about being able to setup payment plans to pay off your device if you switch from another carrier to xfinity mobile. It’s not true (for Verizon at least) and they don’t care at all that you’re stuck with a large bill. I’m a single mom, every penny counts, and I’ll be switching back to Verizon as soon as possible.

they were unable to upgrade my phone due to not being the policy owner, but didn’t offer any suggestions on how to fix the problem. after doing my own research at home, I fixed the issue and came back the next day to try again… to be turned away. I was in contact with three different employees the two days I visited this location. I immediately spoke with xfinity customer service, who assured me I could get an upgrade today. I went to another location that immediately assisted me and I now have my upgraded phone.

I had a really positive experience with this store and it’s staff when I had a problem with my cell phone. Everyone was really polite and helpful, especially Manny who went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue and was extremely patient and kind. Great store!

You can never get a live person, if you finally get one, and ask for an extension. You have the extension, you are supposed to type it in during auto attendant, but believe me, this does not work. Want to upgrade..immediately get assistance, they leave you on hold for a very long time.

I took my mom here to review her services. The entire experience was highly satisfactory. We were able to get all our needs meant in a professional and timely manner. A big thank you to Natalie!! Natalie was patient, kind, and knew exactly what she was doing. I will continue to use Xfinity store by Comcast.

Been on the phone for approximately 38 hours since we’ve been keeping track and still no cable. Signed up Tuesday of the week before last, We subscribed then we were told one of their employees canceled it. Was told it was straightened out still no cable. The one thing I can say is that they are consistent. They screwed up our order 100% of the time so far. How many times can they say sorry? I have no clue how to get this issue fixed, all they keep saying is sorry.
