The customer service experience at this establishment is quite unsatisfactory. Aside from the cashier and young bankers, the rest of the staff appears unhelpful and gives off an unwelcoming vibe as soon as you enter the building. On multiple occasions, I've witnessed customers having disagreements with a particular department/person (I won't disclose it publicly, but regular visitors would likely know). Additionally, if you don't have an appointment, they are quick to ask you to come back, even if they have available time with no appointments scheduled. Not realizing how far someone might have drove!

We have been doing business at this branch for over 19 years & we have never had one issue with this bank or it’s location. The staff are always friendly & helpful especially when my developmentally disabled sister in-law conducted her business at this branch.They have offered advice on many different instruments that they offer. Always with a smile! There were very few incidents that I can recall where the ATM was down? We have been with them when they were First Union. Then Wachovia & now Wells Fargo. It’s a pleasure doing business at Wells Fargo.

Just a bad bank. They held my paycheck for a week with no explanation. Went in to discuss it and there were about 10 customers jammed into this tiny branch. There is just too much nonsense to deal with this bank.

Having lived in many places (14 states) over a long life & doing business with many banks, I have to say that Wells Fargo has been one of the best. They have been quick to help whenever I've had need (including when my phone/laptop/& bank account were all hacked earlier this year). I do understand why some would say the location is horrible, but I find it easy to get in & out , with the only problem coming out being having to go down to Main St. to circle around, but that doesn't bother me.

So you guys bring back this Covid rules which people mostly vaccinated. Also ATM there only accept 30 bills max which others banks already have at least 70 bills one, and take peoples time. If you dont wanna service to people properly so change atm and dont waste people time

Kayla knows that just satisfying customers isn't enough anymore. If you really want a booming business, you have to create raving fans. Thanks so much for your help Kayla and for going beyond my expectations.

I like Wells Fargo as a bank but I avoid this location as much as possible. There’s never enough people working who can do simple bank teller tasks. Only one can a cash deposit and a different one can do a cashiers check. Now I know this from previous experience. Literally waited 30 minutes for a cashiers check today and then wasn’t able to get one because no one could do one for me!

Every staff needs to be on the same page. I went there to cash my check(same type of check) three times and had no problem cashing out the cash for twice. But Caroline did not know how to help me with cashing out my check at my own bank(wells fargo). Very dissapointed. Never going back to this place and thinking about switching banks because of what happened today! :(

Awful customer service especially from Carolyn. She always is difficult though I have been coming to this branch for 20 plus years. Needed to cash my sons summer paycheck. We were bothe there she knows both of us well. Whispered with teller than went to branch manager and refused to cash the city paycheck. My son is under 18 and she said you can open an account for him. No thank you we have more than enough to cover the check in my husband and my account. Go to Liberty or Citizens for much better customer service. Should not treat a customer who you know so disrespectfully.
