I am trying to speak with someone in this branch , but they don’t pick up phone or return call and also the call center tryed to communicate and hanged on me . This is ridiculous

Best customer service ? all my family with Wells Fargo in Middletown ct.

Just a bad bank. They held my paycheck for a week with no explanation. Went in to discuss it and there were about 10 customers jammed into this tiny branch. There is just too much nonsense to deal with this bank.
