I think it was good but Google sent this 2+ weeks later so uncertain. Google should be asking for reviews only after you arrive back home and then same or next day. I hate they send notifications immediately then will clear notification before you get a chance to respond.

Any time I have needed an answer to something with my medications or insurance related, staff is very knowledgeable and patient. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make the experience good and to make sure you get your meds. I very much appreciate their efforts. They have kept my bussiness for about 6-7 years now and I have no plans to change.

Tried to transfer my prescriptions to a Local Pharmacy. No body EVER answers the phone . One out of four was done properly once my doctors office called. It’s a disaster and it should just close already. Rude staff to boot bye bye

There rude there they leave you on hold for a very long time and forget about you. They don't wait for you to say OK you'll hold. Their customer service is skills are ridiculous and the pharmacy side your prescription gets called in 8 o'clock in the morning it's not ready for the next day sometimes. When you know everything is OK with your insurance and etc..

I've been a longtime customer and have loved the pharmacy staff. But the last couple of months things have been terrible it's impossible to get through on the phone and I can't wait in line forever. I'm told they're short of help and I realize that most stores are but when you depend on life saving meds and keep getting notifications to contact them to go over prescriptions and you cant get through makes it really hard to resolve the problem and causes delays they blame on you for not making timely replies. I would like Walgreens to do better!

Worst place in Middletown. Can't refill a prescription without having to wait DAYS to get it. Don't call unless you have unlimited time to wait on hold.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. Poorly staffed, registers that don't work, drive ups that close on a whim and just awful service. When will they realize the CVS across the road will get my business. Complaints to corporate fall on deaf ears.

I went to this location for my booster Covid vaccine. They were very efficient and extremely pleasant. The pharmacist who administered my vaccine was so nice and made the experience completely painful. Very happy overall!

I love this Walgreens location. They are far superior to any other drugstore. They are friendly, follow all the COVID protocols, and have THE BEST SELECTION. I also love the drive-through!! It is a game changer. It is so easy for me to pick up my prescriptions. Absolutely love this Walgreens location.

One of the manager's here, Justin, was extremely rude!!! We just moved to this area, and I'll never use this Walgreens again! I submitted a large order online for some photo and canvas prints, most of which were of our wedding photos. I received an email the following morning asking for a release form from my photographer prior to picking up my photos, which was fine. However, our wedding was two years ago and I did still have any reason to be holding onto my photographer contract that long, so I politely called the Walgreens to see if there was a certain release form that they had, that they would like me to send my photographer to sign? Simple question...No problem. Well, no...the manager was extremely snippy with me and cut me off mid-sentence, and said "NO, it has to be a release form your photographer". So I nicely tried to say, okay, well I just was calling to see if you had something they could sign since we got married two years ago and I don't still have the contract as we haven't had this issue before. The manager again, snapped at me a very impatient and rude tone, "It's a FEDERAL LAW ma'am!!!". I'm not sure if this store is used to people trying to pull a fast on them, or giving them a hard time about this... but I had no problem getting something from my photographer, I can understand that... but don't take that out on me...I simply had a question if there was a actual release they had, and I'm not some criminal. We own the rights to our photos. So, I emailed our photographer and explained the situation, and she even said how silly they were being... and kindly sent me over the link to my original contract, with the section regarding our rights to our photos, and even said if they have any more problems you can have them call us directly. I forwarded Walgreens photo, the email with the contract and well as the photographer contract info, and asked them to confirm receipt. I then waited the whole day and did not receive a reply, so I called. It was my lucky day, and the "friendly" Justin answered the phone again when I asked for photo. I said "hi, yes I was waiting for a confirmation back from my email regarding my photos and just wanted to make sure you received it?"... again, Justin cut me off mid-sentence and snapped at me "Wellllll, did you send in your release?!!" Me: "yes". I was then put on hold, and when he came back he again told me in his snippy attitude "We can't print this link out in our store, so you're just gonna have to print it and bring it in". I told him that "we just moved and I don't have a printer set up yet, can I just take a picture of the contract and bring it in on my phone?" Again, seemed like a reasonable question to me... and you would think if I'm ordering over $100 worth of photo canvas' and prints the manager would be helpful at this point to find some resolution, especially now that I've sent them my photographer contract and proved that I own the rights to my own photos. Nope. He was still rude, and snapped at me "No, we need a physical copy" and again told me it's a Federal Law. So I finally had enough of his attitude and asked him why he was being so snappy to me and told him to be honest you're pretty rude, I've already proven to you that I own the rights to my photos so you would think that they wouldn't still be making it so difficult on me to spend my money there, and that he might actually try to find some way to assist me in resolving this issue since I shouldn't have to jump through hoops at this point and go find a Staples to print the damn contract to bring them at this point. Justin, then said" well I'm sorry you feel that way, but you're gonna have to print out your contract and bring it to us". So I was fed up at this point, and asked to cancel my order. I got my canvas prints made from Walmart photo, and from now on I'll go to CVS. Ps... my photograp

They are vastly superior to the CVS across the street where folks in the pharmacy won't make eye contact and are horribly rude. People are very friendly here. That's what earns the 3 stars. The two stars that are missing are because I scheduled a flu shot appointment for my 85 yr old father, in the age of covid. We arrived 5 min before his appointment. Waited in line for 5 min to check in and was told that there were 3 people ahead of us. I said that we had an appointment and was told that it didn't matter, if someone comes in first, they are first on the list. What's the point of the appointment process? We then sat for 45 minutes, 25 of which the other customers were already gone. Almost an hour for my elderly father to sit in the middle of a Walgreens. In. The. Covid. Pandemic. We watched the person who was giving the shots choose to walk a co-worker through a lengthy billing process. Choose to work on filling orders in the back (but still visible). It literally took 2 min to give the shot. Very disappointing.

Pharmacy is exceptional. Pharmacist special ordered my medication instead of giving me a generic brand that I didn't want. Such lovely people and store is very clean.

Ordered prints from here just as I have many times before. Some of these photos included my wedding pictures, which I paid thousands for and own the rights to from our photographer in Mexico. Get an email stating that the photos are ready but shortly after receive a call about the professional photos. Only 3 of the pictures in the group ordered were from our wedding photographer and are clear of any watermarks, etc. because we paid for them. The rest were taken with my camera and edited by me. Walgreens states they need permission from the photographer, my husband explains that the photographer is based in Mexico and that we bought the photos and rights. Walgreens wants some kind of letter, which we do not have, we simply have the total wedding invoice, photography brochure which states we get the rights, CD, USB, and photo book from the photography company. I ordered same day prints for the sole purpose of being able to get them quickly and after about 3 minutes on the phone it just wasn't worth it. Asked for a refund, which they did take care of. Never had a problem printing these photos before, to which the person on the phone said "well something must have fallen through the cracks." Lol, no. Won't be using Walgreens again, their loss as I do a lot of printing.
