I have had several body repair jobs done at Victors over a couple of decades. Every time, the experience in dealing with them throughout has been unusually great. Tyler is very experienced and honest. Kyle (in "Mechanical Repair" ... for things unrelated to Body Shop work, like engines, brakes, etc.) was also extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I have come to trust them very much, and they do very high quality work.
I recommend this AAA approved shop to anyone. If you are being towed after an accident, you have the right to tell the tow-truck operator to take you to your choice of shop. I am really glad I asked to go here, and I would make the same choice again.

Even though victor's auto body works is over an hour away from my home, I will never go anywhere else. They are the most professional and reasonably priced place I have ever taken my car for work. I cannot recommend this place enough to anybody that needs repairs to their car. I can absolutely guarantee you that they will not let you leave disappointed. I know it is very difficult to find an honest and ethical mechanic. I even dealt directly with the owner, which is extremely rare with repair shops. that alone shows how much they care. I promise that you won't be disappointed!

Rotor & brake pad change !
i saw these guys by chance after changing the oil at mobil next door.They replaced the rotor and brake pads for my gls 550 mercedes.Everyone was nice , job done good and price is acceptable . ?

Tyler and Patty were phenomenal when I had to get a repair done through an insurance claim. They talked me through every detail and made sure I understood what was happening and when. When Progressive tried to give the run-around they were quick to resolve it. My car looks great with a new fender, front bumper and paint PLUS they even washed my car and vacuumed the interior of my car. Exceptional service and I'll definitely be back.

Absolute gem of a shop. People are friendly and let me take my dog in the lobby to wait. They really save me when my van was out of service. They were recommended by an employee in advanced auto and I’d do the same to anyone else.

Patty and Tyler were so thorough and communicative with my car repairs after an accident. They were both way more helpful than my insurance was with updating me on the process and they didn’t make me feel like any question was a stupid one. I really appreciate the personal touch they put on their customer service and I left feeling confident in the repairs and comfortable with the care put into it. I will definitely be bringing my car here for anything it needs in the future!
