my husband needed an upgrade, so we went to Verizon Middletown store on Washington St. they were able to upgrade his phone to the next level, faster speed, etc., etc., ext. talked us into opening a Verizon VISA card to use to pay the bill gave us another line for free all this stuff, but my monthly bill was less ... GOOD DEAL RIGHT!!!WRONG, the phone was trouble from the start, after a few weeks of trying to get it to work properly we brought it back, they told us it was "DEFECTIVE", had another one shipped to our house. WE got it in a few days, brought it in to have it set up. Once again after a few days, it was not working as it should, brought it back and asked to just have everything reversed and have his old phone turned back on. We were both just frustrated at this point. My husband thinks they were giving him refurbished phones, not new phones. I dealt with an associate Payton, he was my saving grace, he was truly the only one who helped me. they ended up charging my Verizon visa card $582.10 for some recovery fee and said it would come off it a few days, well you know it never came off, Payton worked with me for weeks to finally have it reversed and the charge taken off. I give Verizon 2 stars for Payton, he deserves a bonus for working with me on this one....

If u could leave a minus 5 stars I would. Had the worst experience with the Middletown ct. Store. Went in for a new phone and it seems they sold me a Used one. It had alot wrong with it. So I return it and they send me another in in 2 days. We'll that was a piece of junk. Went back with my old phone and had them reload all my stuff back onto it. They offerd a credit card with the new phone and set it up. They did a $580.00 charge and said it will be taken off in 2 to 3 days that's how the card gets det up. We'll it took forever and a 100nphone calls and trips to the Verizon store to get it off the bill. Never again. Looking for new service carrier now.

After struggling with service on my phone for a long while (losing internet connection and having SOS messages pop up in service areas where no one else had struggles), I stopped in to see if I could get some help with my phone. Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.

My phone has been trying to pick my email address for me and it was saying the 1 I picked was already taken and it was by me the Manager said he never saw anything like this before but he finally found a way around it by using Chrome instead of Samsung. ? talk about being confused ? finally I have my email address that I've had for years now without having to fight with this phone every day. ?

I don’t usually write reviews however I had such a good experience I want to share it. I dealt with Enie for a phone upgrade. She was very professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. She set up my new phone & showed me how to use it. I can’t explain how easy she made this process. GREAT JOB ENIE, I thank you very much.

This Verizon has always had issues. I waited for 45 mins to be told they can't help me and not to mention they helped other people before me who actually came in AFTER me. One agent says sure no problem I can help and puts me on waiting list then when I get called it's another agent and she could care less about helping me.

Avoid this location. I came here at 4:30 in the afternoon and no one greeted me the only thing an employee said was "We are closing at 5" I said the website says 7 and the employee just said "Were understaffed today" Poor customer service and rude employees.

This Verizon has gone down hill in the past couple of years I had to go to another Verizon in a different town to get proper service for my phone. Because middletown didn't know what they were talking about.
