If u could leave a minus 5 stars I would.Had the worst experience with the Middletown ct. Store. Went in for a new phone and it seems they sold me a Used one. It had alot wrong with it. So I return it and they send me another in in 2 days. We'll that was a piece of junk. Went back with my old phone and had them reload all my stuff back onto it.They offerd a credit card with the new phone and set it up. They did a $580.00 charge and said it will be taken off in 2 to 3 days that's how the card gets det up. We'll it took forever and a 100nphone calls and trips to the Verizon store to get it off the bill. Never again. Looking for new service carrier now.

After struggling with service on my phone for a long while (losing internet connection and having SOS messages pop up in service areas where no one else had struggles), I stopped in to see if I could get some help with my phone. Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.

Very friendly store. JJ was very helpful and made sure the phone was setup correctly and my husband understood the basic operation.

The manager at the Middletown location, Mike, was extremely rude and unwilling to assist with my upgrade request after Verizon customer Service explicitly told me to visit this corporate location. He refused to assist me. He did not even walk over to his computer to review my account before turning me away. Possibly the worst customer service, ever. Bravo Verizon!

I was a Verizon customer For many years. I went to the store to upgrade my phones and had good service from Nick. However, when my phones were not delivered and I came back to speak with the manager, Mike, his lack of empathy and poor customer service forced me to leave Verizon forever.

I have been going to this location since it opened. It has by far had its ups and downs and even though it's less then two miles away I used to drive to other locations. Well, Nick and Chris have totally changed that! Over the past two plus years they have gone above and beyond for me, my husband, my mom and other customers that are there when I am.They are knowledgeable, friendly, hold one another accountable and go above and beyond to exceed your needs. They will exhaust every possible option to troubleshoot or help you out, even when they go in doubtful if they are able to help.The store is bright, clean, has proper sanitation stations and is well stocked. Selections are a bit limited due to demand, but they do everything in their power to get you what you need and want.I definitely recommend this location and either Nick or Chris!!!
