Service at Middlesex Plumbing was great a happy hello when you walked. I was having a plumbing problem with my main water line. The plumber couldn't get there for a few days . They made suggestions on fixes for now which made sense. Purchased supplies and felt confident this would help . My problem solved!!! You know as a female they didn't look at me like I had two heads and attitude like she really thinks she can fix it. I had a great experience and will go back again. Nene

Middlesex Supply (Todd specifically) is a wonderful stand-up company and its been a pleasure doing business with them. After my well pump failed in sub-freezing temps, Todd came up with a solution that was validated by his research and corroborated by a plumber that should work for my application. Due to circumstances beyond all of our knowledge and control, I ended up working with Todd to modify the optimal solution and he was completely professional and wonderful to deal with through the entire ordeal. Personalized and friendly hits the nail on the head! My family of 6 has running water again thanks to Todd, and they now have a customer for life. Keep doing business like you are and people will keep coming!

My shower faucets were dripping badly and so, I was in need of a plumber who could fix it as soon as possible at a fair price, which this company did it in minutes! Highly responsive and reliable services are offered by this company. The staff turned up on time as decided and fixed the dripping faucet in just few minutes! We recently re-did our bathroom and the people at Middlesex Plumbing Supply were a great help. We browsed the show room - no pressure - but there was always someone available to help if we had any questions. We purchased a toilet, then shower fixtures and finally a shower door and are very happy with the service we received.

I feel compelled to write a review about this wonderful place. I have used Middlesex Plumbing Supply Co. over the years for two bathrooms for a house in Portland, a newly built house in Haddam and all baths and kitchen there. I've also used them for my mom's bathroom remodel. They have a fantastic selection and even more important than that, they have the absolute best customer service and truly stand behind everything they sell!! And when I go in they always smile and have such a great sense of humor, love them!
