A small place but the staff are really helpful. If the owners are around, they're really knowledgeable about wine and liquors so don't hesitate to ask for advice.

I love this store. The owners are very knowledgeable about wine, and are very accommodating for special requests. The prices are also very reasonable, as I often purchase a small batch bourbon that is 30$ more at other stores. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town.

Great beer selection and friendly staff. I always get a different beer every time I go, and I've found some great ones here. Which is extra impressive given the size. New ownership in the last year or two, so those disappointed years ago may want to give it another go.

High prices. No sales. I went once a couple years back used my credit card sure enough the next day there was a fraudulent charge from some foreign country. Never again. Too bad middletown doesn't have a total wine and more. They have great prices and an awesome selection.

Everytime I walk into this wonderful shop, I find some gems. They have a marvelous selection of wine, and some esoteric and interesting liquors. The beauty of a wine shop run by a passionate wine drinker is simple, you can get GREAT bottles of wine, probably most unknown, at fantastic prices. Not to be missed. Cheers!

For the convenience and location it gets 4 stars, the beer selection wasn't massive but it did have some excellent choices (120 minute IPA, i dont see that around a lot). It looked like the liquor and wine here was also well stocked. I was in to buy a brandy and the guy that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly and steered me toward a reasonably priced bottle that fit my needs.

Amazing wine selection that rotates (at least it feels like it) weekly. Eric, the store's owner is IMMENSELY helpful without being pretentious, and he really knows his stuff. I wish I still lived close, this was the ONLY place i'd go to for wine. The selection runs the gamut from well priced, amazing esoteric value wines,to big well known Californias to pricey gems that might only be a splurge. Perfect if you're a wine connoisseur, or just learning.
