I moved to Middletown and switched from S&S pharmacy in Clinton to Middletown... Absolute worst pharmacy ever. Completely incompetent, unprofessional, rude. I've been without my medication for over TWO WEEKS now due to their incompetence, and am now forced to file a complaint with the store manager and find a new pharmacy. I even left 3 separate voicemail for the pharmacist(s), to no avail. Not a single call back.STEER CLEAR!Do NOT use this pharmacy!!!

I have been getting medications for the past 7+ years and used several pharmacies. Stop and Shop Pharmacy is by far the best. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful and they even remember you after a couple of times. It's absolutely great!

I went there yesterday and to pick up some things I needed and went to pick up some sliced cheese and lunch meat it was all expired so I will be shopping somewhere else.

Was at tsore on 3/9 at 3- Cakes all old and with cracks in them . Bakery need a facelift and cleaning , items are not fresh - . Dry ricotta only happens after being in a case a few days.

I don't know why they do peapod pickup when they don't have a designated person to help with it. I literally wait 20-25 minutes every time. It is very annoying. Just don't do it at this location if you don't have the staff!

There is one reason I keep coming here - it is three minutes drive from my house. That is where my enjoyment of this supermarket ends. For me, shopping here is truly a displeasure. The stocking is inconsistent so I can never rely on being able to get the products I come in for. This is particularly true for buttermilk which I buy weekly. Yes, it is a specialty item but the store is plenty large enough to keep it in stock and perhaps carry more than the one expensive option offered. In terms of the other selection, it is hard to find unusual ingredients and yet there does often seem to be a decent selection of tropical fruit. The bakery has very mediocre bakes and an average selection at best. There is nothing truly horrifying; I mean to say the place is relatively clean, no vermin, nothing that could actually get me to stop being lazy and go somewhere I enjoy shopping. This particular branch is pretty basic and low-tech. Finally, the staff and employees are a mixed batch that kind of breaks down to be 25% spiteful, 50% ambivalent, and 25% pleasant. If you have better options or more motivation, head elsewhere.

I'm reviewing the new nature's promise turkey sausages . S&S stopped carrying the Jones brand so they could sell their own. So far they're all frozen together and broke apart when I tried to separate. Really annoying especially when they keep discontinuing other brands to push their own!! Also the veggies at S&S are sub par to other stores.
