I've been coming here for a few years now and I have loved it. Great selection. The customer service has always been good, but not very friendly. All that has changed now that they have Delaney (sp?). Her customer service skills are top notch: friendly, asking probing questions to determine what is best for the customer, and just a simple smile and warmth which goes a long way. I was very impressed.

Cute little store, lots of product to choose from. Did not have the tobacco products I was looking for though. Lots of CBD and HHC items, even pet products. No THC, D8 or 9, etc. The staffer was very helpful and offered affordable suggestions for issues I'm having with my dog. I'm probably going to go back and get some after we try the stuff we ordered online that was actually more expensive but came recommended by friends

I had a fantastic experience. I purchased a nicotine vape that wasn't quite as described. The assistant manager Hannah promptly offered me a credit where I was able to get a new device for virtually nothing. super grateful and I'm most definitely will shop here again!

This place is the spot to go for all your smoke needs. I'm there constantly...I love slow puffs. The products are awesome and the staff is amazing. Everyone is super helpful especially Hanna and Trevor. Love you guys ❤️❤️❤️

I have been a customer (Steve) of Slow Puffs Smoke Shop in Middletown, CT since it opened. I have always found the staff (Hannah and Trevor) to be very knowledgeable about the products they offer, and Slow Puffs has a lot of quality products to offer.

Been going here since day one.. great staff .every time l go here and Hannah is working she's very friendly ..and professional..if they don't have something in one store she will go above and beyond to get it from another slow puff store ... I Love slow Puffs! It’s my local go to vape shop for all of my juice and device needs. Everyone at the Middletown location are friendly and very helpful. Both Hannah and Trevor are very knowledgeable and are always eager to help. The same goes for all of the store associates. I’ve never had a bad experience while in the shop. The store is small and clean. There is a lot of product on display for such a small space. The prices are very reasonable. Slow Puffs is highly recommended.

I came in looking for a vape and some new glass, and Hannah was able to get me everything I needed and then some!! She’s very knowledgeable and was super patient with me. She made sure I got EXACTLY what I needed, and then some other great accessories! HIGHLY recommend this shop, top quality products all around and top notch staff to match it!

I just stopped in to get some CBD for myself and my dog, and Hannah was absolutely incredible! She is SO knowledgeable, and she really took her time explaining everything to me in depth. You can tell that she takes pride in being good at what she does, and that she wants the best experience for her customers! Would give 6 stars if I could! Amazing helpful and friendly staff alongside some of the best CBD products in CT. You can’t go wrong shopping here!

Wanted to share my experience with Slow Puffs and their wonderful staff! Especially Hannah! I am a very boring vape smoker ! I don't want bubble gum tasting juice just plain old tobacco. I went to Slow Puffs and asked for a product that I was getting at the 'corner store', I prefer to do my business with the smaller companies and stopped by Slow Puffs. They didn't have my vape there but said they could in just a few days. So I went back after a few days and have been going back ever since ! Not once did Slow Puffs ever NOT have my vape pods nor was I treated like I wasn't spending big bucks so they couldn't bother! Love Slow Puffs and will continue to do business with them!

I love going here for all my vape needs and more. Slow Puffs has a large variety of vape juice at a reasonable price. The past 3 times I've gone there, Hannah has been the one behind the counter, she always greats me with a friendly hello and offers any help. Super friendly and awesome staff over here. I highly recommend this place.
