Honest, reasonably priced, and customer focused. A few months after getting tires put on we noticed a manufacturer defect with 1 of the tires. They had it replaced within an hour under warranty and we still made it to vacation on time! I liked them before this occasion, but now they’ve got a customer for life.

Protech does quality work . Good mechanics honest service .. prices are little high but you get what you pay for .. I highly recommend protech .

Very rude don’t recommend whatsoever needed help and they turn me away. because the job was apparently too big What kind of shop is this. And be honest in your reply The moment I called, you said we’re not doing it and it was only a day after and hung up in my face so I don’t recommend this place to anybody

From the start I observed the employees of Protech being sincere and motivated to find the problem to fixing the noise that haunted my car. They continued to isolate the problems in my car while keeping me abreast of what they were doing. These employees are conscientious and hardworking. Customer service was top notch. The next time I have a problem with my car I will surely take it back to them. Kudos my car has never run better! Thank you again

owner is a bully. lacks professionalism. No communication or willing to listen to consumer about his or her problem with their vehicle. Pay extreme attention to your work order. It might not be exactly what you instructed him to check or do. Somehow what ends up on a work order is not or does not include everything you asked this garage to do.

I took my BMW to the dealer to address a warning light issue. I was given a very high estimate for the repair. I then went to Protect. They gave me an estimate and did the work for thousands less..thanks

Professional, considerate to customers' needs and reliance on vehicle, and keeps customer informed with timely updates and repair completions. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone. Customer for over 2yrs with satisfaction of service for maintenance and serious repairs. Matt is honest and upfront on availabilities and capabilities.

I waited two weeks for an appointment to get into this shop, first time customer, and I had two other shops tell me my wheels were too big for the wheel wells and that they’re scraping against the wheel wells, so when I called, Dan told me that wasn’t the issue and without telling him two other shops said that it was, I said that was definitely the issue. This offended him apparently and he hung up on me…I called back to apologize and that we got off on the wrong foot and he said take it to another shop and hung up on me again…
