Grand opening. Yeah right. They didn't let anybody know that they were opening at 8:00 a.m. today instead of 6:00 a.m. like they usually do. So I ended up going 2x. Then they were out of the Cheese Doodles that I went twice today for. Everybody stands around like they have nothing to do. And know nothing. Super high prices (13 oz. can Reddi Whip whipped cream $7.99). Low inventory and selection. Tricky advertising, to make you spend more. And a website that is slow and sluggish. Who needs them. I will never step foot in that ripoff store again. Please help me in boycotting this store. We need a Walmart there anyway.

Since they have rebranded to Market 32, the vibe of the store is better, but the prices have gone up. The service at the deli is also slower.

I have been here a few times since they transitioned from Price Chopper to Market 32.
The changeover has brought the store back to life, a very fresh and clean feel when you walk in.
So far so good with the produce selection and I say that because I've been to several stores with produce and most of it is not up to par. A lot of bruising or mushiness or just not appealing produce.
I look forward to the continuance of good produce, as this may be my new spot for it ?
The employees have been wonderful and very helpful when I've needed it
I do want to thank the woman who helped me out in floral with my Mum's last week. She went above and beyond to help me.
What I liked most was the conversation and help did not feel forced, she was very sincere and I appreciated that.
This is now one of my go-to shops every week or two for items I need / want.
They also have grocery pickup, which I will definitely be trying sooner than later.

It’s hard to give a good review after having a horrible experience with the king crab legs, however Mike the store manager certainly made things right. I had purchased over half a pound of the Alaskan King crab legs ($56/ pound) and returned home to find out they were no good, unfortunate after already eating one. I had become extremely ill for the rest of the night and returned early the next morning to return the items. Nobody was in the store to help with my return, so Mike refunded my entire order from his own pocket so I wouldn’t have to wait. Kudos to him and the employee that searched the entire store to find someone that could help me, wish I had caught their name.

It appears to be under renovations, however, it's well laid out & it can be navigated relatively easily.

Store was clean and spacious, but it was missing one of my favorite products so I asked one of the stockers who told me to speak with the manager Jeff about checking when it would be restocked and he was not only rude but also super unhelpful on the matter, definitely won’t be coming back to this store

Went to bakery section, asked for something specific. Employee asked manager, manager was very rude to employee and then when the employee mentioned something about rolls, manager spoke rudely and carried on in front of me degrading employees. I was very uncomfortable standing there. Time and place for everything, neither the time nor the place.

Nothing “Chopped” about their prices. Its more expensive than the surrounding grocery stores. Walked in and out real quick. Stick with their competitors. Its cheaper and fresher

Well, I won't be shopping there anymore. The pharmacy has price gauged me 2 times with different answers as to why. My script should have been between 36- 46 dollars and they charged me over 71 dollars each time. First time they stated that it was supply and demand: second time they stated that my discount card was stating that price. I took a photo of the price from my laptop to show it was 36 dollars. There's a number of pharmacies' showing a cheaper price and I hate being lied to.

I enjoy shopping at P.C. whenever I'm in any area that is closer to Price Chopper. Some grocery items such as fruit sparkling waters, ice cream and cat food are a little more expensive than ShopRite, especially when these products are on sale. Otherwise, it's a cool store to shop once in a while when you need a couple of things that they may not have at some other stores. Nice cashiers at this store as well. Overall, it's alright!

Large store, good selection. I enjoyed the Rotisserie chicken. They still use the plastic trays where you can see the product, unlike S+S that now hide their small birds in plastic bags. I haven't been back to S+S since I found this Price Chopper in my new neighborhood, however prices are basically in line with S+S and SR
