Display on my MacBook Pro broke on Monday. Brought it in to the shop around 5p. They fixed it and had it back to me by 2pm the next day. Great service and reasonable prices. Can’t recommend them enough.

I recently had my laptop screen repaired at Device Raptors and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a clear explanation of the repair process and costs involved.
The turnaround time was impressive—I had my laptop back within an hour! This was helpful because I had my one year old waiting with me in the car. The quality of the repair was outstanding; my MacBook looks and works as good as new. Plus, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other shops I checked out.
I highly recommend Device Raptors for anyone in need of technological repairs. Excellent service and expertise make them a standout choice!

0/10. It took 3 visits and over $206.32 to get our iPhone screen fixed then $53.18 for the battery. The first repair was just under $200 and was for the premium screen and battery. The first screen was unresponsive at times, glitching and not showing anything. We want back and they replaced it with what we think was the cheaper replacement. That lasted a short time before breaking without any pressure applied or hard drop, it had given us the same issue of being nonresponsive and the battery would disconnect to the point of being unusable. We returned and who we think is the owner, stated he could replace the screen for $65 but could try to reconnect the battery for free. Although we stated we only wanted to get the battery fixed, he replaced the screen and charged us.. Well looks like he didn't like us as the screen was replaced and not only is it still giving issues with being unresponsive but the speaker now magically doesn't work. After returning again, one employee agreed that the issues were strange and that he or a fellow employee would fix the issue the next day. When I returned and explained the issues yet again, I was told it was impossible for the speakers to disconnect because of how it was secured to the phone. The employee opened the phone to replace the screen (thankfully for free this time) and he stated oh wow it is loose.. Save your money and time and get it fixed elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing customer service, fast, and high quality! I came in to fix my iPhone 14 Pro recently and I was amazed by the friendly environment and customer service. Only took about 12 minutes and taught my son all about repairing phones! Amazing, would recommend.

This place sold me defective parts for my phone multiple times and eventually fried my phone because charging port was installed bad. Owner said he will give me back the original charging port they took out and that was his way of fixing the problem. Mind you I never had a problem with charging port until they replaced my screen TWICE in a month. Oh and second time they replaced screen it was because the cheap screens they use couldn’t handle condensation. Scared to even have my phone in the bathroom while taking a shower smh…so eventually I asked if he could fix the chip in the screen (3rd one) so I could trade it in and he tried to charge me full price. Never even dropped the phone once again cheap as screen like I said smh, oh and charging port was replaced twice because first kid did it wrong and owner “fixed it” and I found out after leaving the speaker phone wasn’t working and nobody could hear me…these people are crooks and will RIP YOU OFF!!!!
My phone was never in water. And ever since you took my port out, now my speaker phone doesn’t work. Also, considering it was installed wrong and my phone was overheating and turning on and off I’m not surprised that more problems are occurring now. Yeah you fixed the problem that your employee didn’t install right l, but because of that and the phone overheated and turned on and off for a full day before you fixed the install problem. But I’m sure that overheating caused more problems and you offered to give me the old port back. That was your solution!?!? Not help to fix the problems that you or your employees caused smh

If you've got a broken phone, these guys are the best! My Pixel 7 Pro's front screen was utterly destroyed in a mishap and they fixed it good-as-new in a matter of hours for less than $160.00. I couldn't even buy a used one for this price. ?

This was my second time visiting Device Raptors. Both Times it was to have the screen replaced on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Each time the work was completed within 30 minutes. The cost and workmanship were on point, and most importantly, the screen on my iPhone works just like the day I bought it.

Went in looking for a second hand replacement iPhone, owner suggested it would be cheaper to repair my old iPhone XR. An hour later, phone working like new, saved over $300 buying a replacement. Very impressed
