PJ Jewelers took excellent care of us. Designed a beautiful necklace with existing stones and added a few more for our 32nd anniversary. My husband brought down my broken engagement ring. Which I had been convinced was unrepairable. Not only was it actually repairable, they did so quickly! And if you could see this ring, it's more stunning than I ever remember. If you have jewelry that needs cleaning, take it for professional cleaning! Whatever they did to polish this up, absolutely stunning!! I can't stop staring at my ring! We were just kids when he gave me this ring and I was devastated when I broke it. I'm so thankful you fixed it!

This jewelers is now my favorite!I wanted my original diamond reset because it kept breaking. I had brought it to another jeweler that promised to give me an estimate of cost within 1 week. I decided to stop in to P and J to see what they could offer. They were so nice and professional! Not only did they have the band I wanted but they added my diamond, fixed my old wedding band and resized both rings within 2 hours and at half the estimated cost of the other place!THEY GET 5 STARS FROM ME!!!

Story first - cold day - finger shrunk a little - helped a mom on the highway with two kids in the car that had a flat tire - wedding band slipped off and I didn’t realize until my hand warmed up. Couldn’t find it - don’t have a ton of money to burn on a ring - but I like having it - they took care of me with a simple ring that I really liked - literally sold it to me at costKind compassionate peopleAlso not my first time doing business - my wife’s rings are her grandmothers that got cut off by the funeral home - and made in 1951 - put back together shiny, sized and looking like new for a very very fair price with excellent workman’s ship -Would give more than 5 stars if I could

I'd give a zero but I'm not sure you can. Went there to get my ears pierced last October by Pam who is an owner. It was fine. The piercings aren't perfect but definitely work. While there I was looking at ankle bracelets. There was a 24K one that was beautiful. But 24K is not for everyday wear. I didn't realize this until I went home and researched. I went back in to look at chains to make into an ankle bracelet. I mentioned to Pam that I discovered that the 24K would not be a good value considering I couldn't wear it often. She had given me a price and told me if I still wanted it the price of gold had risen and the bracelet would cost more. She also wasn't forthright about the 24K not being suitable for everyday wear. From my experience buying jewelry gold is sold on the price paid by the jeweler when they purchased the gold not on current market price. That was a red flag. My husband went in and picked a chain to make into an ankle bracelet and the remaining links were made into a bracelet for my Christmas present. He paid around $900.00. Fast forward to this October. The lobster claw clasp broke in a way I've never seen before. I brought it in and Daniel said he would repair it. Pam piped right in that the repair would be $75.00 for the lobster clasp. I wanted it repaired so I had it done. I also needed the bracelet shortened. That was done for free. About 3 weeks later the bracelet broke again. I called and spoke with Pam and she said to come in anytime and they would repair it for free. Daniel repaired and cleaned the bracelet. It really looked stunning. I asked if I could have my ankle bracelet also cleaned. Pam said that would be $10.00. For jewelry my husband bought there she wanted to charge for a cleaning. Today I saw my bracelet fall down around my wrist and realized it broke again, I went back and told Daniel the bracelet broke again. Pam piped in like she does and said we won't fix it anymore. It's the jewelry she sold to my husband and their repair that keeps breaking. I said to her I paid 75.00 for the original repair plus what my husband spent on the jewelry. She told me she won't repair it and don't come back. Definitely do not recommend. Pam will sweet talk you and suck you in but she's a crafty salesperson who doesn't care after her sale is made. Go to Malloves or Dante's. Great service and really nice owners at either shop. When I brought a black onyx ring to be repaired at Malloves the repair had an issue. Mark took it back and had it redone for free. Stay far away from PJ's. Overpriced and Pam is rude and calculating.

Had my ring resized and couldn’t be happier! Got my ring back in less than 24 hours and they did a beautiful job. They also cleaned my other ring for me and offered to do so anytime I’m in the area.Great customer service and beautiful work. Couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely be back for any future repairs I need.

I was looking for something local, and excuse the pun, but I found a gem! I love this place. The women up front were absolutely wonderful and incredibly friendly and the prices are great. The work their jeweler did was amazing and so quick. I would give them more than 5 stars if it was possible!
