Excellent experience. The team at NE Motorwerks are easy to work with, honest, and they really know their craft. They also leverage technology really well with detailed pictures and breakdowns of any work that may be required. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that owns a foreign car. Peter at the front desk is the man!

With a total of three vehicles that the team has serviced, I have had several positive experiences at Northeast Motorwerks. Diagnoses have always been quick and accurate. I have never had a problem that the shop needed to address twice.
The documentation process the shop employs allows them to provide photos and videos of the problems they discover, so you can see firsthand what the issue is.
After diagnosis, Peter has always taken the time to explain my options to me. Through our many calls, I've been fortunate enough to get to know him and see firsthand how much he cares about his customers. I'll never forget the conversation we had when I bought a car without a pre-purchase inspection only to find out the transmission was bad.. He helped me through this experience in a way that showed he puts the customer's interests above all else. I have a lot of respect for him, and in turn, for the shop that employs him.
I wanted to write a review expressing my gratitude for what the team at Northeast Motorwerks has done for me. It's an honest shop filled with skilled technicians who do good work for a reasonable price.

The folks at Northeast Motor Werks quickly diagnosed the problem, and finished work quickly. They performed a maintenance & safety inspection and provided a complete report of needed and upcoming maintenance. Great service!
