My wife got a new VW and only ever had 2 oil changes on the car all at this place and they destroyed her oil pan We brought the car to get an oil change at dealer and they noticed all the oil has been leaking out and the oil pan was cracked by drain bolt from over tightening Owner is extremely mean and aggressive so is the manager Wilmer & chris N We're the techs working on the car If you care about ur car DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TECHS ARE UNTRAINED AND OWNER IS EXTREMELY MEAN

Does the oil on the left look new to you? This is what they supposedly put in my car less than 48 hours ago! Good thing my husband checked this when he noticed oil leaking on our driveway. Probably because they overfilled by about half a quart. Or did they just add a quart of fresh oil to the already dirty, spent oil? Who knows? $54.49 and we don't even know if they bothered to change the filter. Highly doubt it. I have gone here for years mainly because of the convenience and there never seems to be a long wait time. But they have completely lost my trust and I will NEVER go back. Who knows if they even changed it the last time? Very disappointing.

They failed to tighten my car's oil plug completely and several weeks later it came out while I was driving across the country. The towing, repair, and delays in my travel ended up costing a few hundred dollars but it could have been much much worse. My engine could have been ruined, or I could have crashed from engine failure. I'll be going to professionals from now on.

The first guy to welcome me was sooo kind he even did a little dance as directing me over the bay. Great personality had me laughing he even set the alert so I do not loose track of my milage again. My wife took her car into this shop for a routine oil change - she did not stay in the car. They told her it was all set, and charged her for a drain, new filter, fill up. About 50 miles later, her car lost power and she pulled off on route 9 (with our 17 month old in the car with her!!). A tow and a mechanic later - we found out they never drained the oil or replaced the filter (original Mazda filter still attached), and only added oil (about two quarts overfilled!!!).We called - and to be fair they rectified the problem, and paid for the repair bill (~$400), and they claimed they fired the guy who was supposed to do the change - BUT....this is an inexcusable mistake that put my daughter and wife (and our property) in unnecessary danger. We will not be returning.Service: Oil change

I've been coming here for the past 2 years and I like how they don't try to "mansplain" anything to me and there's never any pressure for an upsale. The guys are always polite with me and never a long wait. I get the Mobil 1 Synthetic and though pricey, I haven't had any issues nor needed a top off in-between as of yet and that's 6 months in-between.

Quick, efficient & a fair price. Took my work vehicle from the farm I work at here to get an oil change and it was straight to the point. Topped off fluids, checked/refilled tires & double checked I had the correct type of oil. Will be my go-to spot while working in Portland
