Went there TWICE the first time scheduled a test drive, didn’t see it anywhere on the lot, and then I got told that it had 2 other people ahead of me, but they didn’t know if it was going to pass safety inspection so I couldn’t even drive the car I wanted, then decided to tell me there wasn’t anything else in my price budget, I really don’t know how you can run a business like this, constant bait and switch. NOT HAPPY

I need to buy a new car and I searched for a dealership with a nice selection of vehicles and this was the place! You walk inside and it feels very welcoming, staff is amazing and even greeted the owner. Never felt the pressure to buy or being upsold on something I couldn't afford. Very knowledge staff and was also advised on what was a better bang for my buck with the great Nissan incentives! I highly recommend Middletown Nissan. I was willing to drive the distance to find a car, and it paid off!

Terrible dealership. Classic bait and switch. Called the dealership to see if a used car was available to try to get a car for my daughter. I was assured that the car was there and ready to test drive. My daughter called an hour before to confirm that the car was available. Unsurprisingly, when they actually got to the dealership the car was " in the shop" to make sure it was safe. They had no cars under $20,000 according to the salesperson. When we looked at the website there was over a dozen below 20,000. Is it so hard to run a honest business?

We had the most beautiful and helpful deal ever, the manager was super knowledgeable and knew what she was doing , when arriving to the dealership ask for her name (AFAFE).
