The doctors and nurses are super nice! The level of care is great! However, horrible communication. Don't bother trying to call and speak to a receptionist. You'll be waiting for at least 30 minutes or more. No one ever answers the phone in a timely manner. If you're really sick, and need to be seen same day or the next, you could try to leave a message with your doctor on Mychart for an appointment but they are busy and don't always get to the messages so, you're better off going to urgent care for treatment instead of waiting around.

My doctor was Dr Ozbeck during my pregnancy and I am so happy I found her. She was very kind and informative, she took her time with each visit, she also was personable and I didn't feel like an assembly line patient. When I gave birth she was not in call but was update and involved in my birth. I am so grateful for her and the family medicine team!

Doctors are ok but when you have labs, mri,s, or any other testing that you are waiting for the dr to email or call you with an explanation of the finding, the service is terrible. I’ve had to call and email for several days practically begging for someone to get back to me. Thus has happened several times.

I was recently hospitalized for a couple of days due to some post op issues and mysterious complications. I felt so incredibly safe and respected by the residents that I saw, specifically Dr Kluk. I honestly felt like my time was up, but from the moment they aggressively started treating me, I felt heard and that everything would be okay. Now I am finally able to truly recover and get back to life. Thank you all. I truly do feel I owe them my life!

The doc was thorough and I've had no problems coming here. Happy to help some young doctors

They have serious communication problems.Dont answer phone or return calls. Even my pharmacy says they put in refill requests and are ignored. Now on the other hand the girls are great. Stacy tracy and most of all Trish.

Started going here and I haven't had a bad experience so far. My PCP is approachable and we had great conversation. Feel like this can be a reliable place for the future.

Our first appt was great, wonderful nurse and doctor, but our go back was a different experience. The doctor we saw told us she would like us to come back for another weight check at the end of the week to make sure the baby is still gaining wait. We asked her if saturday would work because of our work schedule, and she said yes. When we went to make another appt, they refused the saturday booking saying it is for emergencies only, and would not book a followup. Be careful, their scheduling is more important than your childs health.

I don't want to discount others' experiences, but mine has been totally different regarding office communication than what's described in many of the other comments. I've always gotten someone on the phone when I've needed to, with not much of a wait. Just this morning I called with an issue, the office staff member with whom I spoke listened carefully and took down all the information, and a nurse got back to me less than 20 minutes later. They were able to get me an appointment for *tomorrow*.Also, I've appreciated every doctor I've worked with. I've always felt heard. In fact, one of the doctors was able to immediately diagnose my rare autoimmune disease that often goes undiagnosed because GPs don't think of it. She was my savior! (Big shoutout to Dr. Mallozzi.) For me, nothing but positive things to say about this practice. (The only thing that makes me sad is that the residency doctors I get attached to eventually have to leave!)

The doctors are fantastic, but it's essentially impossible to get in touch via phone. We've called 3 times and been left on hold for 51, 62, and 35 minutes with no one ever answering. We can't even make an appointment, so how could we trust them to be there if something serious was happening? It's a shame that it's 2021 and there are dozens of ways to communicate with one another, yet answering a simple phone call is the problem. Reviews going back FIVE years say no one answers the phone...why is it still a problem?

Misdiagnosed my child. In my gut I knew they were wrong and immediately brought my child that same day to different doctor who couldnt believe I told them what I was told here. What a joke. Don't waste your time and more importantly do not risk your health!

Huge turnover doctors ( supervisors ) and residents ( who after finishing of residency goes back home ). Even office manager was replaced twice during a year. In general nobody cares since the practice is not theirs. Sad that old family practitioners not affiliated with anything like this organization don't even accept new patients anymore.

Horrible office staff!! Rude! Blase attitude as most stuff isn't their problem. Faxes don't get sent. Too much time spent talking at the front window about what a b**ch (lots of language) a co-worker is.1st doc couldn't grasp insurance difference between a 90 day script & a 30 day with 2 refills for maintenance drugs that I've been on for years! Takes weeks sometimes to get a script refill called in. They've let me run out of lots of stuff. They've let my husband run out of insulin! & yes, we go through our pharmacy & I've watch requests sent from the pharmacy. Then was seeing Dr Paz. After 45 min in the room, we asked where she was. She was translating Spanish calls & didn't know she had a patient. That was on the staff! She was ok, but left.Started seeing Dr. Chris Reyes. OMG! He's super anti pain meds & makes you feel like a junkie. Have had horrible migraines for decades, but due to stroke history, can't take Maxalt, Imitrex, etc. He agreed to give me 10 Fioricet & try me on Imitrex. I point blank asked about the stroke risk mentioning I've had 4 & the training supervisor jumped in & said, "That's old info. It's not an issue anymore." YES, it is (feel free to look it up at reputable medical sites. While there, I asked about my handicapped placard form as my DL was expiring. He said he'd fill it out. I left that day & researched the Imitrex, called back & received no reply to several messages. 2 weeks later, he called to say he needed to see me before he could fill out the form. I told him I was angry about the Imitrex & he said he didn't know what he could do. Went back for the form & now looking elsewhere! They may be new to being full fledged docs, although the supervisors are NOT, but they still should have the basic knowledge to keep this crap from happening!!!

Love our family doctor but the reception people suck, no one ever answers the damn phone. I also have a hard time with the on call Dr's because I'll call after hours and they say ok a doctor will call you back and it's like a 50/50 chance you'll get a call back.
