I was able to purchase my brand new 2024 Chevrolet Suburban with Stanley Statkiewicz. He is an outstanding salesman! He was very professional, respectful and friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone. I enjoyed doing business with him and we are so happy with our purchase. I also loved that he was very patient with my three girls while we were there. I was looking for a new truck and had a great experience with Joe Wolfer and one of the Managing Partners, Bobby Stevens. While I had some direct needs, I was open with what I was looking for (half ton or 3/4 ton, colors, some options) and explained my situation. Both Joe and Bobby did everything they could to make sure I got the perfect truck for my needs and I was able to get more truck than I thought I could thanks to Bobby working his magic. On my test drive there were a couple issues found with the truck and this is where Bobby went above and beyond to assure everything got fixed in a timely manner; even putting me in a loaner as to not risk anything with the trade in. I picked up my new truck today, earlier than expected and couldn't be happier. Joe knows his stuff and is a very personable and helpful sales associate and if there were more owners/GM's/Managing Partners like Bobby, car buying would be a lot easier for consumers. Had these challenges happened at another dealership, I have a strong feeling the outcome would've been different. Big thanks to Bobby, Joe and the rest of the Middletown Chevy team for making what could've been a rough experience into a great one. Highly recommend!

Dealership as a whole goes above and beyond for their customers! The sales & service department are incredible. Very courteous & professional. Go see Stanley in sales and make sure to say hi and meet Bobby, co-owner of the dealership!! They will always take care of you! I will never go to another dealership for a vehicle.

Jim was very helpful and honest with getting my husband and I into new vehicles. He helped my husband get a new truck and helped me get a larger car that’ll fit a baby car seat. He also helped us get out of my lease of my smaller car without any difficulty. Straightforward and honest without being annoying like other car salesmen tend to be, I used to despise going to car dealerships but I actually had fun coming here several times and will continue to enjoy my relationship with the key Chevy team.

Austin at Key Chevrolet In Middletown CT was great, I went in with a very tough situation, Austin and the finance team worked very hard to help me find an affordable, reliable and comfortable car. I left with the car the same day and they detailed it right then and there, it was a amazing experience because usually when you buy a car you have to wait a day or 2 to pick it up, I was in and out the same day and was so amazed as too what Austin and Key Chevrolet were capable of doing for me. I recommend Austin at Key Chevrolet to be your sales representative if you want a very simple and easy car buying experience, he is very thoughtful and you can definitely tell he is focused on the customers needs and happiness. But all of the sales representatives are great at this location so if you happen to work with someone else it’s gonna be just as great, i just had the pleasure to work with Austin, It was also such a amazing experience for the owner to come and greet his customers. Bobby the owner is also an amazing guy and introduced himself during my visit, thank you guys again for all you do for your customers!
