It's Only Natural is a 'must-see' when in the downtown area! This is a wonderful small market that carries an amazing variety of natural foods, local goods, drinks, and sandwiches. They have reasonable prices, friendly staff, and a great assortment of things that will keep you browsing for a while.

This is been my go to for decades I cannot reveal how many decades because that would age me :-) it's changed a lot over the years, but I'm happy to see they have a solid storefront and good quality ingredients
