I’ve had tried coming for the past 2 years; Saturdays as specified on the website AND on the door, AND Sunday, which was recently posted!! Every other day is closed, AND on the days posted as open. Finally was able to go into the store. Different types of beautiful artifacts.

Definitely a lot of cool artifacts in this place. This store is only open certain days and the days it’s suppose to be open sometimes it’s not. So take your chance coming here. If it is open definitely check it out lots of cool stuff !

This place is incredible, absolutely incredible. They have some of the most rare and beautiful antiquities I've ever seen. Want a large, stained glass window? Done. Reconstructed French room where the door costs more than probably your house? They've got it. Old stoves or chairs from the Ritz? Of course. If I had a disposable income, I'd basically just move in and never ever leave. You can literally spend hours inside looking at everything and finding unique treasures.

The store is neat, has lots of items that you can't find elsewhere. However, expect to PAY high prices for things. One star because the owners decided to display their political opinions outside the store. Yes it's a free country, but I do not want to have to deal with that when I'm antiquing. Regardless of what side you are on (which is ridiculous anyways since we are ALL Americans) by displaying that political "art" outside your store, you are alienating half (if not more, we all know the majority is silent) of your customer base.

Wow, so this place is positively dripping in elegance from ages past. Do you need a masonic stained glass window? Maybe not but they have them. What about a gilded room that looks like it was ripped out of Versailles itself? I mean, who DOESN'T want that...? Or retro lighting fixtures from virtually every decade since the light bulb became a thing? The shop is overflowing with antiques and there are allegedly many additional warehouses of items behind the scenes. This does, at times, make navigation around all of the stuff hard, so this store may prove challenging if you have mobility difficulties or small children. The revolving nature of the items also means that not everything has an apparent price so there is also the danger of falling for something (literally or figuratively) to find out it is several hundred, if not thousands, of dollars more than you expected. However, most items appear to be quite good quality (staff indicated that they sell a lot of items to movie/television sets) and refurbishment + transportation is included in the price in some of the larger items (stained glass windows, for example). The rear portion of the shop also has a work area and I think they offer restoration classes. Definitely a unique place that fits in and adds to the eclectic vibe of Middletown. You might wander in to find yourself dazedly wandering out 75 minutes later.

Wow! This place has all sorts of great stuff! A goldmibe for theater companies but also a great place for eclectic decorations. Some are true works of art but many pieces are practical - like a full bar, not just the counter but the full back with bottle storage and mirror.

They have a large selection of used and reclaimed architectural components: doors, door frames, fireplace surrounds, older furniture of all types, plumbing fixtures and most anything that one could recycle from a building. I have not bought anything from them so, I cannot say anything about pricing. It is a nice place to visit and take photos.

Scott was very helpful. Need to put prices on items however. May mean more sales.

An extremely unique store that feels more like a museum. To put it short, the owner acquires art and architectural features from renovated mansions and churches and then sells them here. Nothing here is remotely cheap, but if you have the money, you can make your home look like the palace of Versailles! If you don't have the money, you can still look at how the 1% live and fantasize.

A beautiful shop, a real treasure of our city. I often visit this store, just to admire all of the eclectic artifacts. What do they carry, you may ask? The answer is, everything! Where else can you find an entire wall, a bar, or a soda fountain counter all under one roof? Most of the stock here is antique/vintage/retro. There are religious artifacts, chandeliers, door knobs, furniture, and so much more. If you're into old and funky, this is the place for you! The reason I gave four stars, and not five? Prices and hours. I understand the higher prices on the hard to find (one of a kind) pieces, but some...I just couldn't wrap my mind around. Also, their hours are a little crazy. Be sure to call first, if you're traveling a long distance. This is a definitely a place to check out. Even if you don't need anything for your place, browse....you will be inspired.
