“I had a really positive experience with this store and it’s staff when I had a problem with my cell phone. Everyone was really polite and helpful, especially Manny who went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue and was extremely patient and kind. Great store!”

“After struggling with service on my phone for a long while (losing internet connection and having SOS messages pop up in service areas where no one else had struggles), I stopped in to see if I could get some help with my phone. Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.”
