I really wish they hired more staff and knowledgeable help rather than filing vacant positions with part timers. Wait times are long, people working there are nice but often unable to help you. Sorry, it seems Home Depot has lost its way.

I always find what I need and everyone that I've had to inquire with is very helpful.I tend to go first thing in the morning on a Saturday because I like the quiet and quick in and out.

The Home DepotWashington St., MiddletownThis location has everything you need been going there for many many years.Recently swung by to pick up some paint for a project. Went pretty early right after they opened and went straight to the paint area. Knew what colors I wanted but didn’t know what size they had. I asked for a little help eventually figured I could get some samples which I did. But it seemed a bit strained. Another guy came over and asked for help and they seemed to feel he was bothering them.At self check out it was a young lady there sipping a coffee with an unpleasant and unfriendly demeanor. She didn’t seem helpful at all on the contrary she seemed a bit hostile.Maybe I came on the wrong day but it seems they may be a slight morale or attitude issue at this location.

My experience with Home Depot is very bad .I ordered blinds and installations. The gentlemen measured on April 17 . I chose blinds and it took me a long time to pay because the gentlemen put in the measurements and the lady waited a long time to answer according to which to cut .... Later a long wait for the appointment. On May 1 the lady called and left a message that they can install on May 2 at 8 am. I agreed . Unfortunately, no one came and no one answered the phone. The lady also did not respond to text messages. Through the present time I do not know when they will instal . I received the documents on my own request after a week after measuring. I should have received them on the day of the measurement.The documents are saying that they are to install the blinds through July. Verbally informs that they install within two weeks.I do not recommend services from Home Depot offersThis is my second very bad experience with their services

This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I placed an online pickup order for a $400 fireplace to be ordered to store. They gave my fireplace to the wrong person and after calling several times and going in store, they never resolved my issue and I had to solve it at a corporate level. The customer service was horrible. As someone who works in retail if I made a mistake that bad I would be doing everything to keep the customer updated and be doing everything I could to fix it. Seriously awful people and horrible customer service. They were rude and disrespectful to me for a mistake that was made on their end.
