Happy with service. Not their fault I think but absolutely no literature on the expensive appliance. Have to look up everything on line. Time consuming. Had to call for help to reset clock! No helpful hints on using the new technology.

I needed an over the range microwave and was told to go to Gene's. Tina was wonderful and searched her computer for a model that met my needs. It was also the price range I was hoping for. She got it in the next day and had it delivered. The guys who installed it did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the whole experience!

We bought our fridge from here recently. After a few days we realized one of the drawers wasn't working properly and gave them a call. They immediately sent someone out to check it out, ordered the replacement parts and installed them as soon as they came in. Service like that is hard to find these days!

I didn't actually go there. Was looking for an appliance part, Gene's was recommended by a plumbing supply store. I called, Friday with the part number, they said they could order it from their supplier and have it on hand by Monday, at the expected price range (official OEM part), if we pre-paid with a "CC card" number. The part was picked up Mon, and the appliance repair was completed by Monday afternoon. I would recommend Gene's if you are looking for official parts. I did not comparison shop other "local" suppliers, but I did look at online options, non OEM parts were cheaper, but we didn't want to go that route.

I want to certify something about a post from a customer stating he never got his door replaced on his new fridge. .when we order doors for any brand appliance doors or cabinet parts are not stock items. Manufacturing is done by the company who made the product. We order it and have to make for them to be made. Once they are made they ship them to us .and we install them. We can not control how long it takes to manufacturer these items. If it effected the operation of the unit we would have replaced the refrigerator.this door for Steve day was replaced well over a year ago. Some customers just like to bad mouth others. We do our best to take care of issues . Parts are out of our control on certain. Situations.

Last week I realized my old AC had finally given up the ghost. I called Gene's and a real live person answered the phone. I explained what I needed. Gene's had what I needed. They delivered it, installed it, and took the old one away the very next day. The installers were vwey professional. The price for the new AC, delivery, installation and removal of the old one came to a total that was less than I would have paid for the AC alone at a big box store. I highly recommend Gene's.

they delivered a new whirlpool fridge on 6/9/21 for $1300.00 + dollars,arriving down my driveway with the freezer door swinging freely.damaged of course.was told they would order me a new one. 12/18/21 no door has arrived for the replacement.several calls made during this time,same answer...WAIT... went in person a few weeks back,the next thing i was told was.."i should of refused it, great answer i recieved,knowing the reason i ordered a new fride is that the old one shut down. still waiting...

Do not buy a Fischer & Paykel stove from Gene’s Appliance or any place, 6 months from the purchase date the stove developed an electrical problem where it would shut off within seconds of turning it on and continued to do this where if you cooked anything in the oven you would have to stand near the stove and keep pushing the button back on.We called Gene’s Appliance where we had purchased the stove and left many messages, no call back. My husband went over there and talked to the owner of the store and was told they don’t know how to service these stoves and will call the manufacturer out of Australia. Parts were sent from Australia and the repair man came and installed them, problem not fixed. Genes Repair told us there was nothing they can do. The Manufacturer sent us an email stating we could buy another stove at 50% off and that is the best they could do for us. We are out $3,600 and will never do any business with Gene’s Appliance again.

Appliance prices reasonable. Small shop with years of experience selling and delivering appliances. Staff very helpful and the gentleman is very personable and funny. The only issue we had was the delivery price. Originally we were quoted $79 but when they realized delivery location, it went to $125. Huge difference for a short difference in their usual delivery area.

Poor service, lady working at the counter was unwilling to look up part number for a heat sensor on a dryer. Very poor attitude and unwillingness to work with a customer.
