We've been going to Jay for years but apparently he has fallen off. Our car sat for 5 weeks at his shop as I called and called trying to just get a hold of Jay in the beginning, he was always out of the office or busy and I would almost never get a call back.After finishing the repair, he ran into an issue that he couldn't solve and told me to take it to a dealership for a "computer issue". Well I took it to the dealership and it wasn't a computer issue at all, they basically re-did the job that he did and got the car running within a couple days.I feel completely ripped off after paying Jay $1000+ for basically the exact same job at a dealership. I'll never be going back here again and I suggest everyone else do the same.

I had my third remote start put into my new car. First try didn't go well. Three remotes put in and none would work. Went back another day and it worked. I have to call them back because my car remote doesn't work like I was told it would and my lights don't work like they used to.

I have been taking my cars for repair to Fine Tunes for nearly a dacade! Now my sons go there as well. We know we can trust them. When on a tight budget especially, they will help prioritize repairs to be manageable. I highly recommend Jay and Fine Tunes!!!

What a great shop. Very reasonably priced and very thorough. Fine tunes Installed a high output alternator, pcm voltage controller and did the big 3 on my Ford pickup. They were very thorough and even addressed a few issues not pertaining to what I was having done. Easily one of the better car audio shops in the area. Don't hesitate to use fine tunes as a mechanic or car audio installer.

Jay has been my mechanic for nearly 14 years now. When I was a broke grad student, he repeatedly went above and beyond to help me keep my car running on a shoestring. When I couldn't afford to do things the normal way, he could usually find a way to do it with wire and some electrical tape. Once, he spent at least an hour (which he didn't bill me for) calling multiple salvage yards to find me an exact match for my bumper, because he knew I couldn't afford a paint job, and he didn't want me to have a mismatched color. And his staff are just as skilled, friendly, and honest as he is. If you're looking for a free Keurig bar and nice carpets, move along. This is not a chain or a dealership. It's a good old fashioned oily workshop with broken-in chairs and faded signage. The kind of place you can relax and trust you're in good hands. Pro tip: Don't be scared to make a follow-up phone call. They're a small shop without a secretary.

Super friendly and helpful! Just called them to get some basic information on a subwoofer and amplifier for my 2020 F150. I believe it was Jay who answered and took time away from a job just to answer questions. super honest about pricing and time it would take to complete the job. It's nice to experience great customer service and thought I should share! I will definitely be using them for my install. Thank you for the help!

Took really good care of me; did the job right, didn't fast and did it very affordably. Kept in contact regarding the repair too which was nice. I'd go back here for sure.
