“My refrigerator stopped working a couple days ago called up Rent-A-Center Middletown spoke to Sonia not only did she hook me up with a fridge that fits the space better but matches all of my other Samsung appliances better than my current fridge ever did. And she got it delivered to me in 48 hours because my fridge had broken. 10 out of 10 will go back to Sonia when I need to replace my stove which should be pretty soon. Louis and Devon came to deliver they were on point they were very quick they were very gentle didn't hurt a single thing. Big fan will be back.”

“After struggling with service on my phone for a long while (losing internet connection and having SOS messages pop up in service areas where no one else had struggles), I stopped in to see if I could get some help with my phone. Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.”
