If I can give 0 stars I would. UJA REFUSED to fill my medication because I didn't know the exact name even when she can pull up ALL my medication on her system and asked that all meds be filled that are due. She absolutely REFUSED. Since when is this a thing??? I LOST IT!

I was so pleased with this CVS pharmacy. My doctor called in prescription a few hours before snow storm and pharmacy closing. I was nervous prescription wouldn't be filled in time but prescription was filled in plenty of time. The staff were super friendly & professional. If you had a poor experience before, please try them again because I can only say good things about this CVS pharmacy.

Please hire more pharmacists and technicians. Management of this location doesn’t staff enough people to work, leading to insane lines, random pharmacy closures, drive thru never being open, impossible to get pharmacist on the phone, etc.

I called this pharmacy after my mother went and got my prescription for me since I am sick with Covid and don't want to infect others. I was told my medication with insurance is $200 which is very odd even though it's a 90 day prescription as that is what I usually get and the total comes out to $100 and so I called to question it. I was handled with the manger who cut me off mid sentence when I was explaining what was going on and told me not to cut her off. I was then handed off to the other pharmacist and when I started to get upset as I had already explained what had happened and had to reexplain. I was told to fix my attidue and I'm not going nowhere with that attitude. I had no attitude. When I asked for a manger as I felt disrespected I was then told that person before was the manger and I could not talk to anyone else. This is somewhere I do not recommend nor will I continue to get my prescriptions there as they don't care about the people coming in or the money getting taken out of their pockets do not go here.

Worst Customer Service..... I'm done, today was the last straw... "Terrible" Employees are all miserable and it shows on the way things are handled.... If your not happy go find another job... Had to pick a rating.... They don't deserve any stars 0000

Had an Emergency high glucose level(350) and my Insulin pump malfunctioned. So, in faith good, I went CVS Washington Street Middletown and explained my situation to the Manager/Pharmacist. I just needed to "purchase" some emergency needles. I got no compassion but a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo... "you need a prescription or go to the urgent care". I am sure if had needed NARCAM she'd he to follow "procedure". I've had a similar experience and was provided an Emergency insulin syringe at that location once before. Fortunately the Walgreens next door was able to assist me.

I thought people go into healthcare because they care about people. I’m apparently wrong. This pharmacy closes at 7 PM. I arrived at 6:59 (shown on my cell) and was turned away. I told the pharmacist my my arm was just operated on and was in excruciating pain. They said, and I quote, “sorry, we’re closed.”Customer service is lost. It’s terrible. Especially when a health-focused company like CVS turns away a pain patient. CVS demonstrated the epitome of the hypocrisy and indifference by making me wait until morning, in agony. Shame on you!!! Never, ever, again!!!!

This is the absolutely worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I just had to go there today because Walgreens wouldn’t take my insurance so I went to CVS to transfer my scripts. They said it would take 24 hrs to transfer my information but I had asked if I can still get my meds today (I have to start doxycycline for presumed Lyme disease) it is very important that I don’t wait on this medication and the pharmacy tech (young with long black hair) was very rude and dismissive. I will NOT be using this pharmacy, I don’t care if I have to pay extra to go somewhere else where my insurance doesn’t cover. They should be taught manners there. Totally disgusted with how I was treated. It doesn’t even deserve one star.

Don't you dare ask your pharmacist a question here! They're in a hurry. Purchase your prescription and get out of there. They have zero patience for a quick question about the medication you're picking up. I was at the counter for less than 90 seconds between giving my last name/getting my prescription/leaving. And I was cut off every time I tried to ask just one question. Young girl with dark curly hair. I felt so rushed. That encounter alone was enough to make me want to switch pharmacies.

I’ve never had a good experience at this pharmacy. I’ll call and confirm prescriptions, get told they’re ready, show up, and had them tell me to wait 40 more minutes. I wait the 40, go back in, and get told to wait another 30. Also had an extremely rude pharmacist tell me what was wrong with the medications I was prescribed and why I shouldn’t be taking them when I went to pick up a new prescription. Everyone in the pharmacy always seems stressed and no one seems to want to help the costumers in line.

Make you wait in line to "check in" when I already "checked in" on the app... people really need to join the times and learn how technology works. They are duplicating work for themselves, limiting their productivity. I'm confused.

My insurance company forced me to switch to either prescription by mail or a CVS. I chose CVS and was (admittedly, oddly) nervous about it. They have been amazing from the jump. Every problem I have had due to insurance or other problems, they help fix every single time. They are always kind and helpful on the phone or at the pharmacy with issues, normal pickups, or questions about my medication. It's been a massive relief to be able to count on them when problems arise. A supremely helpful and dependable group of people working in that pharmacy!
