Worst experience ever in my life with any kind of service. Please think twice before going there. I bought a new phone and wanted to switch to a different carrier, so I chose Cricket. Big mistake. Everything was fine until I tried to make regular phone calls. It didn't work; the calls were cut, and when someone called me, it went straight to voicemail. So, I went to the store. They reviewed the phone, checked configurations, and found nothing. I asked if it could be a phone problem because it was new, and they told me that it wasn't. They asked me to call customer service because they couldn't do anything else.So, I called that day. After an hour of waiting, I finally got someone. The woman did the same as the tech people in the store, and, of course, it didn't work. She told me that she would contact the technicians at the store to review my case and call me back at 10 am. That, of course, never happened!!!So, I called again that afternoon. After another hour of waiting, I got someone. A new woman answered me, so I had to explain everything again. She tried all kinds of solutions again, but nothing worked. She even changed the phone number of the line, but it didn't work. As a last resort, she disconnected the physical line to connect an eSIM. That didn't work either. And here is the worst part: she told me that at this point, she had to report the problem to another department, and maybe they could fix the problem. But she never reconnected my physical SIM again!!!!So now, not only can I not make calls, but I also don't have any service at all. Of course, I never got any response from any department of the company or anyone. I lost the money of the line and the activation because they don't refund anything even when they mess up. And, to make matters worse, they still charged me for the next month.DON'T GO THERE. THEY ARE SHIP FOR A REASON!!!!!

My phone was acting up so I brought it in. I thought Kim was very knowledgeable and she explained what was going on with it. She was so helpful. They're aren't many places with helpful AND friendly staff.

I recently went into this location to explore falls in deals with a friend of mine. The staff seem to be a bit lackadaisical. I also feel as if they weren’t very knowledgeable on certain things concerning their own products. As well as, the programs that are offered by their employer. I feel if you are going to work in the phone store, and your primary goal is sales. Then I believe it is highly pertinent for you to know the ins and outs of your product, as well as theservice. Not to mention, the new programs provided by the government for subsidy on service and Internet. I was not impressed with cricket or their associates. Therefore, I told my friend to move on and explore other options.

Amazing service for a basic upgrade.My fear was I wouldn't be able to convert my apps and contacts.They helped me continue my normal routine of the exact phone with the upgrade features.Super satisfying to know,Great customer service and not pushy salesmen still exist!TY Derrick and Anthony !

I went into this location only to make a bill payment for my mom's account. Anthony was the one who helped. He was so informative and knowledgeable. He explained about the current promotions and the refer a friend program. I wasn't aware the service was AT&T. He did such a great job I left my current provider Verizon and joined the Cricket Family. I fully recommend this location.

Today i went into the Middletown location to get help with my device. I had Anthony help me out getting in contact with customer care. He was very patient and willing to go the extra mile to get my questions answered. I was trying all day yesterday at home to get this taken care of and within mintues Anthony reached out to customer care and get my devices working correctly. He is a value and a God Sent to Cricket Wireless. I would refer this store to anyone.

Have been to the Middletown store a couple of times for a phone for my mom. The people there were wonderful with us! My mom went back on her own for help with something & Anthony was great! Today we went and Christian was amazing. So helpful. He was patient and kind. I highly recommend the Main Street, Middletown, Ct. Cricket wireless!!!

Look, I'm not going to write a book of my experience so I'll get with it. The person who helped me seemed to be more interested in his hair, always touching it and trying to pull it back and saying that he needed to get a tieback, generally a goof off. Some of my time was wasted because of his goofing off. In future I will find another cricket store to go too.
