I used to go this store, started going again since I upgraded to iPhone XR. The new owner is very good with phones and transferred all data from old device to new without iCloud which was piece of mind., and all my apps and game purchases transferred.

The man that assisted me was very friendly, and was very helpful in answering questions. I'm glad that store is there because they have the prepaid Xfinity Wi-Fi and that's specifically why I went there.

Called for help with my phone and he said he was busy and HUNG UP ON MY FACE. Horrible horrible customer service after I expressed I was already frustrated with their services. Wouldn’t recommend, you don’t just hang up on a customers face. I will be going down their in person to give them a piece of my mind. Sounded like an Indian guy. Noted.
