I’ve been dealing with Greg at Bishop’s for about 8 years now- he knows his stuff, is quick and always willing to help any way he can to assure you get the correct part. The Bishops team is one I don’t have to worry that they aren’t sending the quality part I expect! If there is anything I need to know ahead I am made well aware, and the parts arrive when promised. Call Bishops when you want all around quality, they are the best!!

I had been searching everywhere for a part to my 2023 Chevy Traverse with absolutely no luck. When I had lost almost all hope I called Bishop’s Auto and spoke with Teal. I was so happy I did. Teal gave me a great price on a part I had been looking forever for. I received it in a timely manner and my vehicle is finally new from front to back again! Thank you Teal for your great customer service. I will definitely be using Bishop’s Auto if I am ever in need of a vehicle part.

Very impressed with Mike T aka Teal. He promised me a very nice complete engine and that is exactly what we received. Super clean and low mileage, removed from the vehicle perfectly and complete with the harness also. Running perfect after installing. Sales guy was niceCounter guy was super niceExecution was poorProduct was over promised.I purchased a fender from them, they told me it would be in for Thursday and I said well I go out Friday to be safe. I drove an hour out there on Friday and it wasn’t there yet and I had to drive back the following week. Honestly that wasn’t a huge deal and I wouldn’t have cared, but since we are here I’m putting it out there. Second the fender was listed as zero damage and is what I paid for. And as you can see in the pictures it had a few damage spots. They told me they would have the sales person contact me to see what they could do and I never heard back from anyone.

Over priced auto parts, quality of auto parts are poor. Sometimes they tell you that they have the part in good condition and you receive it and it is in terrible condition.
