“I have had several body repair jobs done at Victors over a couple of decades. Every time, the experience in dealing with them throughout has been unusually great. Tyler is very experienced and honest. Kyle (in "Mechanical Repair" ... for things unrelated to Body Shop work, like engines, brakes, etc.) was also extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I have come to trust them very much, and they do very high quality work.
I recommend this AAA approved shop to anyone. If you are being towed after an accident, you have the right to tell the tow-truck operator to take you to your choice of shop. I am really glad I asked to go here, and I would make the same choice again.”
“They always go above and beyond for all of our car needs. They take the time to explain to me what needs to be done and always manage to make time. Recently had some sort of computer malfunction which lit up every warning light on the dash. I was able to drive right in and they diagnosed it and fixed it within 15 min. “Excellent, honest service. Brought my 1999 Grand Am in with issues stalling while starting. The issue wasnt repaired, per se, but it was resolved. It was driven home and back and the mechanic didn't have the issues I was having. He was honest, said he didn't have any issues and rather than charging me to diagnose it, told me to try out 93 octane fuel. Hasn't stalled out since I tried premium fuel. My car isn't worth the cost of repairs, and I thank Bob's Auto Service for their knowledge and honesty.”

“I had an oil leak this am. I arrived at sometime after 9:15 and they said they would be able to take a look at it in about 20 minutes, which they did, in even less than 20 minutes. They were able to fix the problem and I was out of there by 10am. Jeff was great. So thankful!”

“These guys are amazing! I had my oil changed in April. Yesterday I noticed an oil leak due to the 4th of July I had to wait til this am. I called spoke to a pleasant young man who told me come right in and they will diagnose the problem. After checking he came out and told me it was due to a company defected oil filter changed the filter and oil for free of charge! I recommend Mobil 1 lube express ?”

Great people and great service, they never overpriced the only thing is you can't be seen immediately., appointments are usually a week out, but that's the price to pay when service is great.”
“This branch of Firestone is extremely clean, welcoming and the staff are friendly. I've been here twice, not a complaint. The staff is very knowledgeable and admit when they can or can't do something, which gains points with me. Also, for some reason, they give you realistic quotes for the work needed, not inflated markups like the Firestone in Wallingford. I saved over $251 for the same thing I was going to have done in Wallingford. Honestly, it's worth the drive out to Middletown just to come to this place. Thank you!”
“I had a great experience. They got me into the shop when I arrived at 8AM and had a rebuilt Allison 4000 transmission installed and the wheels were rolling the next afternoon. Service Manager, Service Writer and Technicians were all highly experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant. I could not imagine a better experience.”

“Honest, reasonably priced, and customer focused. A few months after getting tires put on we noticed a manufacturer defect with 1 of the tires. They had it replaced within an hour under warranty and we still made it to vacation on time! I liked them before this occasion, but now they’ve got a customer for life.”
