I reserved an SUV (Toyota RAV4), but when I got there, all they had was a Toyota Camry. The whole reason we wanted an SUV was because we were going snowboarding 3 hours away in the Poconos and needed the room for all of our bags and gear. Luckily, the Camry is all-wheel drive, had a large trunk, and a back seat that opened to the trunk. The car worked out ok but an SUV would have been better. Everything else worked out great. Their rates are the best around, so it was hard to be too upset about the situation.

Had a reservation August 21st at 5:00pm, got a confirmation email stating that. I get there 4:45 and they’re closed. The guy left at 4:30. I was left with out with a car trying to scramble to find another place. Such an inconvenience and bad customer service.

I do not recommend this place. Dishonest sales people and shady financing practices. Bait and switch 101 at this place! Run away as fast as you can!

Rented a car from them for 3 days, nice vehicle, clean, latest model Camry. Rental price was reasonable.

I have been to the Middletown Toyota body shop on 2 occasions. The first time my car was 1 month old and Toyota didn't have the parts, causing my rental not to be paid in full...it was there 2 weeks longer then expected. The owner wouldn't go to bat for me against the insurance company of the driver who hit me! He had the balls to tell me I had to pay the balance and fight for myself! I'd rather drive further then give this dealership any business.

Somehow Yelp won't let me update my review about Middletown Toyota taking $424 in CASH from me for Installing after market Sirius X M. That was a shoddy install and was being done aftermarket because they tried to do a switch and bait on me? I want a refund...they won't give it to me and my receipt said the install was complimentary. Now where do you suppose that money went? A pocket? Keep away from Middletown Toyota...they are doing things there that I believe the IRS will be interested in investigating.

id give them half a star if i could... horrible customer service and very rude. I called them and asked for parts department and i got transferred to this guy named Roger and when i ask for him to look up vehicle description he replied with "Im not looking up that f****** part" now, I know the owner Joey Klimas and his son James very well and to be disrespected like that out of nowhere was very shocking to me seeing as i know many employees that work there... basically roger has a bad temper and shouldnt be working there because hes giving this business a bad name.... I wouldn't recommend anybody to get any parts or service from this toyota location

I've dealt with a few other Toyota dealerships in the 11 years I've owned Toyota vehicles, and in comparison, Middletown Toyota was a painless experience. Getting your car fixed is never great, but Middletown Toyota called me back when they said they would (I didn't have to reach out constantly for progress updates as with other locations and they were transparent about price), and they fixed my car astonishingly fast. This was by no means a minor service appointment, so I was expecting to have to wait a bit longer. I dropped it off Monday night, received diagnostic information midday Tuesday, and the job was complete by midday Wednesday!

I had a good used car purchasing experience at Middletown Toyota which was led by the honesty and attention of the Used Car Manager Marc Brubaker. My salesperson, Sokol Etemi, was a great at conveying my concerns and helping to resolve issues during the purchase process. This dealership is over 125 miles from me and the sale was highly reliant on the assessment of the salesperson and pictures of a car that just came in to their inventory and wasn't prepped for sale yet nor were there pictures available (just a description and a CarFax). The salesperson was very responsive and took pictures of the vehicle for me so that I could make a decision on putting a deposit on their vehicle or another vehicle at a different dealership. Once he received the approval from the Used Car Manager that they would certify the car (as a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned), I put a deposit on it and intended to finalize the sale upon seeing the car in a couple of days after they were able to prep it and obtain CPO status. Upon arrival of the day to purchase the vehicle there were some flaws that showed up and they quickly addressed them. The Used Car Manager made amends with a fair and honest assessment of my concerns and I was able to complete the purchase that same day and drive the car back home. Don't expect too much friendliness from Sherri who was finalizing all of the paperwork. It didn't seem too eager to make any corrections, which were needed ..... perhaps she didn't her share of "happy" endorphins for the day. I have read some of the negative reviews for this dealership but they seemed to be focused on the service department. I can't comment on the service department but I can definitely attest that the sales department was great.

Just called Service to have a tire pressure leak checked on my new Highlander. They said they're short handed an mostly couldn't help before closing at 5:30 pm for the Memorial Day weekend. BTW - I called at 12:30 pm? Doesn't safety come first?

You can get a great deal here if you know who to go to , and here I am to save you the trouble . Danielle and Joey got me into a limited Rav for m a deal the other ten toyota dealerships I went to couldn't come close to matching - shop here with confidence the bad reviews are those whose butts are hurt because they didn't have the Prius they were looking for in hot pink

Worst car service experience ever. I took my care there 4 times in 5 days for the same problem and got nothing but lies and excuses. Today was the 4th time and was supposed to be the last...until I found out they still didn't have the parts even though I was already told twice they did. All I needed was a new wiper arm, three new wiper blades, and two new spray nozzles. After being told once again to "come back tomorrow," I not so nicely told them "not a chance in the world," just not in those words. I also said I was coming to get my car and taking my business elsewhere. Even then, they wanted to charge me a "diagnostic" fee. Long story short, I refused to pay, and they backed down. The people i encountered in the Middletown Toyota service department, are deceitful, lazy, indifferent, and as a company they are absurdly over-priced. Take my advice and stay far, far away.
