Avery in the Key cutting department was awesome. Excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable about different car keys.
Definitely recommend coming here instead of the Dealership.

I love this place. Everyone is always so helpful and wonderful just like the commercial says. Seriously though they really are. I made an online order through the big Ace website. The big company messed up and forgot to ship things, changed the biggest part of my order from home delivery to store pickup...did i mention it was a ride on mower? Well I went in and asked about it. Let me tell you about the best customer service I've ever had. Everyone was so nice and immediately was working to correct this. Joey chased down my missing parts in a day and built my mower and delivered it to me. Showed me how to use it (I'm new to the electric zero turn world) and was just such a great guy. I had to make a point to leave a review because let's be honest, only angry people do. I'm beyond estatic with the service there and highly recommend this Ace!

This local hardware store has an excellent selection of items. They also carry quite a few odds and ends that you won't find at The Home Depot. This is the only place to have keys made, the duplicates they cut will actually work. Unlike the bigger hardware stores.

Terrible awful disgusting attitude towards customers, they turn the lights off on you if you're there within 5 to 10 minutes of them closing, they lock you out if you get there too close to their closing time, they're more concerned with leaving on time and getting back to their pathetic lives, then they are with making customers happy, they don't care about you, don't go here
