“I needed a space to store my 16’ cargo trailer and the Wallingford CubeSmart had many options. I reserved a spot on line and received a call back from Kent shortly after making the reservation. He was friendly and told me they had plenty of “back-in” spaces. I went to the facility and was greeted by Kent and Penny. The office was neat and clean and welcoming.Penny asked me to confirm what my needs were and when I would need a space. I explained what I needed and when. Penny took the time and showed me several spaces around the facility and one was ideal. She held the space for me until I could get my trailer to their storage facility.When I arrived back, Penny again greeted me with a smile and was ready to help me with all the particulars. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She processed all my paperwork quickly and efficiently, all my information was entered correctly, she guided me through the electronic paperwork process, showing me where to sign and initial. She gave me paper copies of all the information, she made sure I had my account number, she got me set up on the CubeSmart app, she got me set up on auto pay. It was all a breeze because of Penny.And, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.Customer service is important to me. I appreciated good customer service… Penny gave me outstanding customer service!I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for any type of storage needs.Sincerely,Eric J. Mullins”
“Omg!!! Tasha who works here is a lifesaver!!! She is so sweet and nice and professional! I was having one of those days and she answered all my questions and concerns easily. At the end I couldn’t get the door to my unit to close and she walked over and helped…. And showed me the technique so the door and I would not have any more “struggling” issues. We have rented here for about 6 months and I can’t say enough good things about it or Tasha”

“Started out as “Life Storage” @ $15/month to only receive a letter a couple of months after, from “Just Storage” advising of their “take-over” and a mandatory insurance fee of approx. $15 add’l/month on top of my basic fee for a closet space. Wasn’t too happy about that but overall the people are/were great, professional, kind, and nice to work with. The space had climate control and was super clean.”

“I had two 10x20 bins there for years when I had my apartment down the street before I moved into my house .Love the 24/7/365 access that others dont have in town.No leaky ceilings and clean cement floors.Great for apartment tenants in the area with limited storage at the apartment .Spend many hours down there and met great bin neighbors there. Also had fun watching trains go by too since I'm a rail fan .Great office service there too.”

They were incredibly professional and helpful during this process, and did quick work even though we had two full truckloads worth of stuff to move. They took great care with our belongings. They were gracious even when we asked to move couches and dressers after their initial placement in the new house. Moving from one house to another is stressful for so many reasons, but we did not have to stress about getting our stuff from one place to the next because Father and Son Moving managed that so professionally. “Outstanding facility. A sizeable but not a huge deal issue: The exit gate has no number pad or anything else to allow you to...exit, you must drive within inches of the gate in order for it to open. Anyone that is new to this facility won't know about this issue, signs regarding the same would've saved me time.”
