I won’t lie, I entered the real estate market nervous and inexperienced. I started the process looking for rentals but quickly became frustrated with the current rental market. After some discussion with my real estate agent, she thought it would be a good idea to consider buying. That is when I first spoke with Dotty Owens. From our first phone call I knew she was truly dedicated to getting to know me and would be a great financial resource. Dotty took her time with me (thank you for that) and helped me completely restructure my personal finances. She gave me advice that no one has ever taken the time to give to me. I want to share how incredible Chris Chris is at the brokerage firm. He helped me through the process of securing my home loan, and I can't say enough good things about him. From the very beginning, he demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge that gave me confidence in my decisions.

Could not have been in better financial hands
Chris Nielson was a delightful and supportive couch as he walked me thru the home buying process inch by inch. This is one of those "Big" steps in life but you don't always know where to go for support when climbing that step. Chris was detailed, realistic and proactive in giving me a true and comprehensive understanding of what my options were and how the impact could effect my future.
With success found at the end of my home buying journey I would absolutely reach out to Northeast Financial again if ever I was on need of another home.

After the gruesome process of getting a first home, I can not express the gratitude I have for David Tortoro at Northeast Financial. He was available all hours, connected us with appropriate third parties, he navigated us through multiple mortgage products leading us into a mortgage that fulfilled all needs.
