In the intervening years since my last review, we have used Groomin N Roomin each time we have gone on vacation. Need I say more about how we feel about their boarding facilities and personnel? I think not. We also regularly have our dog groomed the day of our return and have been more than happy about the price and quality of their work.

We love it here! The perfect place to bring our cats for boarding and inexpensive. They come home happy and that’s all that matters.

Great place. My dog loves to stay here. They too a wonderful job and she is always safe and happy.

Slightly disappointed last time. I'm not sure if she had another groomer taking care of her. However, when she came home she was still tangled and cut pretty short. Normally they do a good job last time was not too pleased.

Dropped our dog off for one night while we stayed over night in Boston upon arrival back we found out the dog was not fed food bags were exactly how we left them also the room was never even cleaned after my dog went to the bathroom in there not to mention the small size never again

They have hurt my dog during our last experience there. This was only a few weeks ago. After paying $60 for grooming my dog there I had to take my dog to the vet which cost another $350 and 2 weeks worth of headache as my dog had a cone on, antibiotics, and pain meds. I’ve called to speak with the owner multiple times and have never received a call back. This is absolutely insane that they won’t even admit to their wrong doing!

So happy with this place. My dog is not that good with new people and he seems to do well with this place and very happy with how they groom him. Happy to find a place where he is happy and they are not judgmental Thank you!!

We boarded our two dogs and cat there for a week while on vacation. We only did the boarding, not the groomin' and the dogs still came back clean. We've boarded our dogs in other places in the past and the dogs would come back filthy and in desperate need of a bath. We didn't have this issue with G&R. Very happy with the service we got. We ask tons of questions, had to call back multiple times with more questions and they were always knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions. Happy to say we have found a new place and reliable place for future boarding needs.
