I'm very disappointed with this company. I ordered a part from their website which cost $200 (CAD) including shipping. They called me a few days later to tell me that this part was out of stock and that for them to get it from their supplier would cost me another 30 to 40 dollars. Not horribly unreasonable, so I said okay, these things happen. I was not told any time frame if I chose to wait until the part was back in stock, just that I had to pay to have it shipped from their regular supplier (which I shouldn't have to pay at all; their inventory is their responsibility and their website makes no mention of the part being out of stock before processing payment).
A couple weeks later they called to tell me that the shipping was actually 90 dollars, and that if I refuse they'll charge me a 20% restocking fee plus shipping back to their supplier (why would they send it back if it's a part they usually stock anyway? it makes no sense).
I was told that it's stated on their website that prices are subject to change without notice. I was unable to find that anywhere on their site.
I'm only rating one star because zero is not an option. I won't be ordering anything from them again.

I just don't understand all of the negative reviews! Called them less than 30 minutes before they closed on a Friday, to order a floor pan section for my truck. The gentleman on the other end of the phone was kind, patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me get the order in before they closed! He even made an effort to leave a note for the shipping department, on the off-chance that it could be picked up by the courier on Saturday. I received my order Tuesday before noon. Can't ask for better service than that! The floor pan I received was high-quality, and perfect for what I needed. Thank you ABS, you guys are great!

I experienced a miscommunication, and when I asked why the item was not shipped to my home after providing my mailing address, they copped an attitude and told me I did not ask for that, and that they take notes of all conversations. Not the same place it was years ago

Terrible company to do business with. I completed an order, they charged my card, then increased the price and wanted me to pay them the difference. They claim that their "Pricing Policy" gives them the right to change pricing at any time. Shoddy business practice. Take your business to a company that has integrity, that will honor their advertised prices.

Ordered floor pans for my 66 - shipping ways way more than expected, they called and refunded a good part of the shipping. Appreciate a business being honest and making the effort - kudos.

Prices on their website are not even remotely close to what they want to charge. Ordered 2 bedsides at $440 a side and doors at $290 a side. Get a phone call saying parts are 2 and a half months out which is perfectly fine, at the end of the call i find out the bedsides are actually now $700 per side and doors are $400 a side. Shady business tactics, if prices change it's your responsibility to update that, not sell a product, not honor the price you sold it for and try to tack on almost $1000 onto someones order. Do yourself a favor and avoid getting your hopes up.

3 months for a bumper wrong bumper even though it was my mistake it should not cost almost what i paid for it to return it . and you can go online and order direct from supplier that they order from one star because i had to to post this

Not as knowledgeable as you would think for an auto body supply shop. Called to get some guidance and they lacked an answer to every question. Also they seem to refuse to assist the industry out as they won't recommend a shop that actually sells paint supplies as this location is advertised as a body and paint supply shop on google.

Ordered a hood for a 1977 C10 . 2 weeks later, Oh, We just ordered it. OK. 2 weeks later again, Oh, The hood that came in is the wrong one. Another order will be in end of week. End of week, Oh , The hood that came in is the wrong one. Canceled order.
