As someone who could swim, bike and run all day long and think it was fun but who found any kind of strength and flexibility work only slightly more appealing than getting my teeth pulled, I never thought I could commit to a this kind of program. However after two years I haven't missed a week. I'm stronger, a lot more balanced and flexible, I keep improving and I really enjoy going. If I didn't, I wouldn't have lasted. It's been one of the best investments I've made toward my long term health.

You have a personal trainer watching your form as you work out - groups are filled with really nice people who make you feel more like a family - I leave feeling great and getting a whole lot out of it. I recommend Thrive to everyone!!!!

December marked my first year of going to Thrive 2X a week. What a difference I see and feel- mentally, physically- THIS is the place that finally worked for me - knowledgeable staff, fun crowd, great incentives to be the best you can be!! Tom Palumba is awesome at what he does- his trainers are too!!

I've been going twice weekly since October. I cannot believe how much stronger I am already. Tom (and his crew of trainers) is motivating, encouraging and most importantly, knowledgeable. In addition to a place for hard and challenging workouts, Thrive is a community of supportive, friendly people. I highly recommend !!!

Of all the gyms I've been a member of, Thrive is the one I've stuck with. One hour, instructor led classes feel more like you are working out with a personal trainer - but not nearly as expensive. The people who own the gym are really great and the staff is excellent. I suggest this gym to every person I talk to - It's effective and the people who go here are just awesome. Glad to be part of the Thrive family!

Tom Palomba has been my friend and mentor for 30 years. He has coached me through many of my races pushed me motivated me and was there for me when I was ready to give up.� He started his new business a few years ago after being in the fitness industry for a very long time and has exceeded all of my expectations.. As you get 'more mature' you need to balance your cardio with strength and core training. Thrive is the place to do it. Great people, great programs, and you will see the improvement in your health. I'm glad I'm there!
