My family has been going to Sullivan’s for over 30 years. When I wanted to have custom jewelry done for my wedding they were my first call. Vanessa worked with me from start to finish on two sets of custom earrings and two custom necklaces. She was patient and really understood my vision. When I wanted to make changes throughout the process she was helpful and accommodating. I cannot say enough about this jeweler! They made my dream come to life!

I was picking up a watch I had repaired and happened to notice the beautiful wedding bands and the fine collection of estate jewelry. The orher local jewelers could not even repair my watch Now it runs like the day bought it. The very helpful saleslady was so nice. I had been comparison shopping for a while now and could not believe Sullivan’s prices were so fantastic. I am now bringing in my Mom’s jewelry for appraisal.

Excellent service!!! Got an engagement ring sized and serviced in a time crunch on a holiday weekend!!! They had it done same day absolutely amazing,people and quality, this was time sensitive as my son is in the USCG, his off time is limited!!! Make Sullivan’s Jewelers your go to!!

Recently had a chain repaired at Sullivans Jewelers..Everyone there is extremely pleasant and very helpful. They did a beautiful job on my chain you can’t tell it was ever broken. Would definitely recommend for anyone in need of a repair or just out looking to purchase something new.Will be back again if the need such ever arise.

I have been going to Sullivan's for a couple years now. I got an upgraded engagement ring that my husband got from them. Absolutely love it! However, my original wedding band did not go with it. My wedding band is very special to me because it is my Mama's (grandmother from mom's side) I got in contact with Vanessa. She was amazing. She took the time to help me get the exact design I wanted. The day I went to pick up the ring, my Mama passed away. I am forever grateful for this treasure and will keep it close to my heart, in honor of my Mama.

Overall great experience! Went there to trade in my old rings and able to pick out a new, beautiful diamond from their estate collection. Very helpful and patient. Absolutely no pressure. Very smooth and easy transaction!

I love Sullivan’s Jewelers. They have a great selection of antique jewelry pieces. They also have great silver collections as well, and prices are very reasonable. I have bought several pieces from them. They have a jeweler right on the premises to fix jewelry too. The staff is very nice as well. I highly recommend them, and this comes from a lifelong jewelry nut.

I've gone here several times in the last 5 years since we moved to Middlebury. The staff are friendly and their expertise is very obvious. I always feel like I'm in good hands and that I'm being treated honest and fairly. The selection is good and the prices are as well. Also, when I have my jewelry repaired or rhodium-plated the turnaround time has been excellent.

On the day before Christmas Eve I broke my bracelet which was given to me by my daughter. I wore this bracelet for 7 years, everyday. I have a very strong attachment to it and I was intent on getting it fixed, that day…Unfortunately, I was turned down by 3 jewelry stores. Until I went to see John, CEO and owner of Sullivans Jewelry in Middlebury. Being so close to Christmas his store was too busy he would be unable to fix it that same day. He must have realized I was so upset…then, omggg he took my bracelet smiled and said come back at 3:00 to pick it up THAT SAME DAY!!! When I returned I told John how grateful I was. I felt the need to tell him that I have been sick for over a month and that THE DAY HE REPAIRED MY BRACELET HE MADE A VERY SICK GIRL FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!!!MERRY CHRISTMAS, JOHN!!!WISHING YOU THE BEST ALWAYS!!!!Marg Perrella

Sherry was very helpful. I had a necklace that needed a new chain. I dropped it off in the morning and it was done that afternoon. Being five days before Christmas I was impressed with the quick service.
