“HIGHLY recommend- Had the most helpful experience this past week! I traveled to my sister’s house from MA and realized I forgot my work laptop charger mid-day. Before I headed to the store, I called to make sure they had the charger I was looking for. I got there and grabbed the charger that I thought was right for my laptop. While I’m checking at the tech desk, the guy who I was on the phone with me had put aside 2 different versions for me already !!! It was the sweetest gesture. “day before thanksgiving, what was i thinking but ive gotta say, ANDRE @ checkout was super helpful and made me aware of how i could get coupons. ended up saving $20 on an ink cartridge. he knocked himself out helping. now that i think of it, last time i was in @ printing the gentleman at the counter was really great too! i was hesitating about going in but im glad i did. Andre slso told me about price matching for the dreaded ink cartridges if that particular kind is available at Walmart or other stores. Couldnt be happier!”

“While I have always had good service at the Watertown, CT post office, I have had some problems trying to call the postal employees there. No one ever answers the phone! I wanted to ask them to hold my mail for me, because my mailbox was crushed by a falling tree during the last storm. I am having a mobility problem, and was hoping I didn't have to go into the post office myself. Guess I have to now.”
“I have owned a home in Bristol for 5 years but am just now returning to the state after having been out West the past 4 years. So when I began having mail (particularly packages) sent to me at my Bristol address, it was being held for me at this post office downtown. It was a few days before Christmas, so the post office was super busy when I arrived to pick up my packages. I parked easily just outside on the street. Although the line was fairly long inside, since I was just picking up, I was helped right away by a friendly woman. She was shocked by the number of "sorry we missed you" papers I had, but she managed to get ALL of my packages for me (there were literally a dozen packages) and she put them all in a giant mail cart so that I wouldn't have to carry them. She let me take the cart out to my car to load everything into my trunk, and then return it. This was super helpful and efficient, and I really appreciate them quickly accommodating customers and understanding their needs. It was a nice welcome back to town!”
“It's a drop off point at the auto store. They can scan it, and have it picked up. You have to have the shipping label on it. Whether you print it or it's a return label.”

“I went in today just for a box of envelopes, but I stopped by the clearance section, and boy did score some great items for under $2. But that is not my reason for leaving this review. Malinda rang my items up for me she then went above and beyond to help me get into my old staples account, it dates back to when I had a landline, so that's how old it is. Anyway, Malinda was able to help me because she didn't want me to miss out on getting the $25.00 off coupon that I earned. It's employees like her that make shopping at a business a great experience!! Thank you Malinda !!”

“I have my mailbox at this store. The owner and staff have always been friendly and courteous to me and I've witnessed many customer interactions that were the same. The negative interactions are typically from a customer yelling at the staff usually caused by the customer screwing their own stuff up. I'm confused as to why there's so many bad reviews but I think it's mainly from entitled folks. #1 The UPS store didn't cause the pandemic. #2 The UPS store doesn't control your crappy buying habits that lead to you needing to return your crap back to Amazon. How do I know this? Because I have to stand in line behind you folks every day to get my mail. Buy your own packing tape. Bringing an open package to return that's not taped is like wiping your a** before you go.”
