I have used this garage in the past for emissions testing, this time I brought it down I was told they no longer do emissions testing despite their website still saying they do and CT DMV has them listed as a testing site. Employee came off as just not wanting to be bothered

Went there for emissions. Very nice and clean place. Staff was courteous and polite. Emission testing was done in timely manor. I am very happy customer. Strongly recommend this place. Thank you Middlebury Garage.

Heard great things. Stood in lobby for 10 minutes before I defied the "employees only" sign on the shop door and hollered for someone. The man was busy and rushed and the emissions machine ended up being broken. I always use Murray Brothers in Woodbury for emissions and since I heard good things about middlebury garage I figured I'd give it a shot. I ended up at Murray Brothers anyway. Not their fault machine is broken but the customer service wasn't there and I felt I was a "bother" more than a potential paying customer. Won't be back.

Owner Sean very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain things, and by extension, is very patient.He's flexible, will work with you to accommodate situations. Sean seems down to earth, a business owner with integrity.I feel fortunate to have him and Middlebury Garage in town. Praying he stays around.
