I had a very positive experience purchasing a Certified Pre Owned 2020 Nissan Rogue from Countyline.After searching and dealing with a number of other dealers my frustration was growing to the point delaying my intent of purchasing a car before visiting Countyline. Throughout the entire process, the team of Leroy Parchment, Brian Clarke, and Ariel Pagan were professional, courteous, and reasonable to communicate and deal with. All my concerns were satisfied and met. In addition, I have great confidence they will continue to provide great customer service going forward should I need it. Five Stars earned and deserved!!!

The absolute *BEST* service department and management in the business. Greg the service manager truly cares about the quality of the work performed. Good friendly sales staff as well and Patrick the owner is a pleasant down to earth guy. Recommended!

If you are looking for a different kind of sales experience, County Line is where it's at! Ask for Andy! His real and genuine caring personality combined with his focus on quality and attention to detail, makes you feel confident and trust that he has you best interest in mind. I purchased a 2012 Escape XLT and Andy went to great lengths to find me one with the lowest, under warranty and duribility. The Escape and the quality of sales experience at County Line was far beyond expectations. I will be doing all future vehicles sales with Andy at County Line! Thank you!!

This dealership is a rip off an won't help u out even if it's there fault. I got a SUV from them about a year ago broke down within ten months an I am still paying on it just to sit there an gather dust dirt u name it. Just be careful what u buy from there if u do go. Oh an horrible customer service don't tell anyone That you will pay for the rental an tell us we owe... SMH RIP OFF
