I had a decent sales transaction with the salesman , but I was pressured to take the extended warranty, being led to believe that "everything " was covered except for wear and tear items. DON'T be fooled by this ploy!! I was good in the past, refusing them for past cars, but this dealership seemed more upfront and trustworthy. hahahahaha those adjectives never apply to car dealers!!Then. when I had a stereo computer problem, and said I had the extended warranty, I was told that doesn't matter, that it doesn't exactly cover "everything "!So my bad for falling for that one and wasting my money. Let this be a warning to others! Don't fall for that!! take all that money the warranty would cost and just bank it for when you need something fixed and then go to a reputable repair shop

Dan, Joe, and Quinn provided excellent customer service. We were pleased with the service that was performed, and we feel a very noticeable improvement in the way the car rides and handles with the new tires that were installed. Dan was very helpful in assisting us in choosing the right tires for our vehicle. The work was done right, and in a timely manner.

Todd , Eric and Michael were absolutely phenomenal. I stopped in , with the full intention of going to a competitor that I’ve worked with in the past. However , with their above and beyond customer service , they not only sold me a car , they gained a customer for life. Absolute asset’s to the team , all of them. Glad I stopped in on a fluke.

Todd my salesperson was awesome. Michael in F&I got me in and out in no time. Todd walked me through all the features on my new truck set my first service and got me on line with Nissan connect. Great experience. Don’t for get to call when you start getting new Z cars in stock!

I would NOT recommend. I actually purchased my vehicle about 1 month ago and have physically had it in my possession for about 12 days. When I first walked in they were very friendly. Eric is a the sales manager and who I had the most contact with. I had a rust spot the back of the vehicle-which is a 2017 Ford explorer-new to me but not brand new, so I did not expect perfection, however I was told that the rust spot could be fixed. I brought it to get “fixed” and when I picked it up I noticed what looked like an air bubble-it moved when I touched it. This air bubble multiplied-within 3 days I had 3 bubbles. I reached out to Eric and he encouraged me to have it re done. Ok, I live a little over an hour away, so reluctantly I brought it back. The second time it was done and done right…so far. I was told the first way it was fixed was a new way and an “experiment.”…. Not what a customer wants to be told. Experiment on something other than someone’s vehicle that is already purchased… I picked it up yesterday it was brought to my attention that they filled my gas tank-thank you-however my vehicle is filthy! So dusty, there is a car wash attached to the dealer. They really could have just rinsed it off at least. This is not the first dealership I have dealt with, and I have had way better experiences elsewhere.

I wouldn’t recommend the service department.Dan told me that I needed two new oxygen sensors in my truck. I had them install new oxygen sensors. Paid about a grand .The oxygen sensors don’t work properly and I had an independent test done which shows the oxygen sensors aren’t functioning correctly. Dan refused to fix my trucks oxygen sensors. I have asked Dan to speak to the manager Patrick Bayless multiple times no returned phone calls. My experience with the dealership service department is they give the run around and I feel Dan was dishonest with me on multiple occasions.I have been dealing with this since February of this year 2023. No progress has been made. No supervisor ever called me back.Very unprofessional service department in my opinion.I’m looking into filing a complaint with the DMV.“After giving this review about 15 mins I was called by the service manager Quinn. He spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner in my opinion. My car was taken to the Mitsubishi Dealer Ship which I have paperwork from to prove it. In addition it was taken to Fire Stone and I have paperwork from to prove it. So the reply was inaccurate.”I no longer want any contact with County Line because of the way I was spoken to and I will be submitting a complaint to the DMV.I’m very disappointed with the service from them.

If I could rate this dealership as 0 stars, I would. Horrible service. Extremely unprofessional. The employees here are hostile and extremely rude. When you don't let them get their way with scamming you, they cause a scene and act out. Would not recommend.

Disgusting doesn't even describe how the employees of County Line Nissan North behave. Especially Quinn Bannon, who stooped to a nasty level when I expressed my frustrations towards being charged for a service that was not needed. The only words to describe this dealership are lazy, rude, unprofessional, and greedy. If you want quality service, definitely DO NOT come to County Line Nissan North!!!!

I can't say e sought about the lease process at county line- provided great communication, value and pricing for my trade and new vehicle . While other dealers were playing games and trying to get me in the hot seat county line just made me a fair offer and kept their word. Thank you so much

My water pump went bad on my Infiniti. I was given an estimate of $965. The total bill was $2000. A lot more things was wrong. I know the review seems like it was going to be a bad one but it is not. Dan and the service team explained what happened and showed me what happened. I will definitely bring my car back there. They have excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable about the whole process.

I went in for an appraisal on our vehicle. I spoke with the general manager Eric who was absolutely pleasant, honest and genuine to work with. I will 100% refer anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle (new or used) to come here and talk with them!
